Kate and Rachel's life-changing stroke recovery journey

Kate and Rachel experienced stroke at a young adult age. With the help of the Stroke Association, they were able to begin their recovery journey. Every year, 88,000 people find themselves on that starting line of recovery from stroke. Many of them are younger than you’d expect, just them.

I had a stroke at 31 and although I have recovered physically, mentally I haven’t. After watching that video I realised it isn’t just me that feels the way I do and about being worried about my future. It’s been a long wrong but we will get there ❤
