My right hand is still weak after a heart surgery; my occupational therapy is still ongoing after 7 months working on it ; currently enrolled in cardiac rehab sessions. How long will I still suffer?
Hi James, there is no specific time period. Each rehab journey is different. As long as there is progression, no matter how large or small, continue with the effort. Two and a half years after my stroke, I still attend Exercise Physiology 5 times a week. Where are you from?
Very inspirational, Well done, Congrats!! My name is Malusi.I had my stroke in 2021, it confined me to a wheelchair. I managed to get off the wheelchair in two months. Went to a cane for six months. Lost a cane in September 2022. I've been struggling with mobility from that time. Spasticity, foot dropping anddtrength on my left affected side is the stumbling block. I exercise heavily putting my all. Please advise where I'm going wrong, or also with the kinds of exercises to focus and concentrate on. Thank you for sharing. It means a lot to us. May God bless you and give you more resilient to get back your life🙏♥️🌸

How long does it take to be like that
No time frame, every stroke is different. Some strokes are more severe than others. Try not to compare to others, and keep working
