I’ve been watching your videos for a couple of weeks now, but no matter how much i try, my bench is still crooked. it honestly bums me out cus it’s been an issue for more than a year.
I’m going to try this Wednesday. My pinky’s just won’t grip. My hands tilt inward holding the bar. Not sure if I have weak wrists but it’s quite a challlenge.
Huge problem I’m having is if I squeeze the bar to tight on lift off it really almost slips out. I have to lightly lift off the rack then tighten my grip. But I really would love to squeeze all the way thru the lift
Doesn't work for me in fact my bench dropped this way thumbs get in the way and elbows flare out more. When my wrists bend it feels way more comfortable but that's just me still sub regardless.

I feel so bad when i bench with that rotation on my hands, do you think i’m doing it wrong or it isn’t for everyone?
May be an issue with the activation youre creating or bar position could be off
