I think the purpose of ths video was to convey the difference between freedom & self objectification &its conveyed enough. Bcoz i too see there lot of influence & comparison from peer groups who self objectify thm on social media, asking y dont u dress & expose like us, when uts clearly visible from their pics its self objectification & projections rather than confidence & freedom of ones body. But its very hard to differentiate unless u r well aware of the differnce.

My self keep uploading the pic of my bare body .... That's my confidence, my hardwork, my identity as a fitness expert, i need to motivate clients and educated them and I'm a pro creator. So then only I get business. Maybe it's self objectification. I never revealed or exposed my private parts. Maintaining that kind of physique very difficult if we take pic we will come to know what all the changes happening or not?? comfortable is very important, for some other's who too much expenses there body and other private parts that may be there wish to increase followers and reach maximum.
