Let me show you two stop motion techniques that I ALWAYS use for my animations AND 5 tips that will ensure your SUCCESS!
They are simple, you just have to follow the steps I'm giving.

    0:25 - Stop Motion Techniques
    2:20 - Editing Tutorial
4:27 - Very Important Tips to ALWAYS Follow
    0:01 - 1:05 - 5:01 - Stop Motion Examples
Stop motion is a great way to make your videos more fun and dynamic for your audience. They add a fun and professional quality to your videos, and most of all, you'll have a lot of fun!
Your imagination is the limit. Explore, create, fail, try again, and you'll only keep getting better and better at it.
Start with something small, like the owl little thing that I did for this video. You'll feel very satisfied once you see the result. It can get frustrating during the learning process, but this won't last long.

Great video, really like his presentation style and delivery, gets straight into the content with no waffle. Quite refreshing to watch a video that does not spend the first 60 seconds wasting your time with fluff and padding, sponsorship plugs, and pleas for likes and subscribes and that flipping bell thing. Many RUclips videos are starting to make me feel like groundhog day, whereas this one is easy to watch, fresh ( even though it is 5 yrs old ), interesting, non-offensive and respectful of our time as viewers. So I gave it a like and subscribed :-)

Thanks for saying that. Me liking my videos is really what I'm concerned with. I'm expressing my thoughts, views, ideas, desires, wants and needs in my videos for me to enjoy. I am not really worried about this world seeing them, because i really don't make them for them anyway. Their wants and desires are very much different than mine, plus they usually hate on everything that isn't a sloppy copy clone of what's been thrown up over and over since filming began. Thank you for making this video for RUclips. I'm going to shut up and listen to you now for this moment.

Well presented and explained, thanks. As for keeping the camera perfectly still on a tripod, it may be helpful for some people to use a remote shutter release to trigger each frame (in classic stop-motion shooting mode) so that touching the screen "button" is not required.

very much thanks for uploading this. am just looking up tutorials and techniques of various types of animation and stopmotion. the notion of instead of single shots, actually filming and editing it down in post will be hugely useful as with some ideas I was wanting multiple camera angles of same shot, and taking seperate shots on two cameras per movement, would break flow alot more than just having two (or more) cameras filming same scene to edit in post into stop motion.

Then I clicked on your video. I've never done this or learned about it I had already figured out in my head everything you mentioned. So no, it's not confusing. Got it all in by watching once.
