haha I see you boxed in the loudness... I would love it if you could make the face plate open properly in your future vid that will show the mechanism, I have seen so many just make it open high up, nothing like it shows in the movies.
Tómas Þormarsson it will be opened similar to my starbooster helmet. Up and over keeping the arc of the faceplate paralel to the arc of the top of the helmet ( if that makes sense...)

This helmet was repurposed to give away to a child at a children's event, so the series never continued.
