- Welcome back folks!
Time for episode 2 of Pepakura basics, im gonna show you the techniques i use to cut and build the costume of your choice from pepakura.
building is not that hard, its just putting the foam pieces back together as pepakura is showing you on the screen.
the video is not that long as the last 7 minutes or so is just extra footage of me building.
done on purpose if you need some more examples of how i glue my parts.
Be sure to like and subscribe if you found this usefull :)

Another question, I’m confused on when and where to use bevels in the foam, does the pepakura pieces show them or do you just have to eye it from the 3D model on the pepakura
hey Wayne! whahah.. again nice vid bro!
your videos are so helpful, thank you so much
I usually just use a piece of leftover foam to apply glue.
Thank you, this was super helpful :D
Nice vid, saw a couple of paracord bracelets too! I make bracelets as well as pep work. I haven't tried the T-Rex yet tho. Keep up the great work on the vids! It's great to see someone go through the process and share their insights.
I'm watching this out of context, I'm not a regular viewer. I'm pursuing my own armour set built with pep and cardstock. I'm slightly confused. So instead of printing, gluing and fiberglass hardening cardstock your doing a whole build with foam, using bevel cuts and such to simulate card flaps and tabs? This let's you use unfolded pep files as templates for your foam?
I gotta be honest if that's what your doing I like it. How are you finding the strength and durability of a foam suit connected this way? Have you tried it before? Great video dude.
bonjour je n'arrive pas a metre ton fichier dans pepakura
do you use this technique for helmets too?
i used to yes, now i 3d model them
