The Platinum one is beyond kool! The helmet on both are great! Love the wings!

Mcfarlane must understand that we want more classic characters and not all that weird variants. We need a classic Hawkman, classic Wonder Woman, Classic Hawkgirl, classic Green Arrow, classic Black Canary and so on. Stop doing so many Batman variants
Todd needs to keep doing variants. Every company has made classic versions of these characters but none have made the characters Todd has.

Why are they not using the the batman who laughs sky tyrant wings, i mean that looks way better plus its articulated which would fit in this figure.
"A flight stand would have really elevated this figure." Nice pun. I'm glad you're having fun with it. With that, I first had this guy in the 80's Super Powers line. I'd kill a man for that classic version. At any rate this will make a nice addition even if the price point sucks.

I still haven’t found any of these collectors edition figures anywhere. I wish McFarlane would work on their distribution with these. I still haven’t even seen the flash movie wave in my area.
I've come across them at Target and Gamestop with GS probably having them the most consistently.

Also yeah if McFarlane is gonna try and appeal to collector he's gotta do better with these details and display options.

My sons had that red dragon 🐉 puppet for at least over 2 years now from wal mart honestly he still plays with it to this day ✌🏼they are fun tho
I find there’s a lot of issue with Mcfarlane Toys but the main issue is that really gummy plastic they use for the weapons. Just figures holding the weapons in a display they turn “C” shaped

Not sure if anyone points it out but when Todd reveals a figure or a repaint or even a Jokerized figure of that character is because he says ''It's cool'' but I'm not so sure if anyone thinks it's cool to have 1 release but then they decide to release a variant because we still need that classic Wonder Woman but Todd says, Nope, Just wait and see......
I think they look cool. As long as Todd keeps making jokerized figures, I’ll buy em. And classic Wonder Woman is coming soon. She’ll be a Walmart exclusive

Picked this figure up at Target yesterday. There was only 2 left and a bunch of Sinestro.
I agree with you, if they're going to up the price for $30... I'd expect a lot more proper accessories and much better attention to detail.

Great figure and will be purchasing but personally not a fan of the card stand and wish they'd included a flight stand instead (same with the Alan Scott figure...I know i'll never use the card stand but now have to buy a flight stand for him).

I don't really mind Hawk Man being another cool member to join the Justice League team because his wings and weapon choice are badass looking, But to be honest, Todd needs to understand that all of the flying characters need flight stands......Great review bro.
Found the color variant at Target. The right wrist joint was painted the same color as the glove (green). But so was the left wrist peg 😒. That and the fact the chest hair wasn’t painted was enough to make me pass.

ANY figure that has wings should have the Batman Who Laughs ones as the default. Especially for a "deluxe" $30 figure. These don't look bad, but kind of odd to me that they designed those really nice wings and aren't re-using that mold. Just a one-off?
I'm surprised he didn't mention those little Trump hands. Especially the left one. It looks like Deadpool's hand, growing back after being cut off.
Man it's so sad to see the lack of attention to detail, this is my favorite version of Hawkman as well, I was so pumped for this one 😕now I don't know if I should wait for the eventual re release where they fix the issues like the recently re released Hush Batman
I’m annoyed at the price, but I guess I can wait for him to go on sale. The problem will be if I see one in public with great paint apps haha. Annoyed by the whole right arm. Tassels and joint look dumb.

Man! With each release McFarlane is getting better at human anatomy!…… the. We have that laughable JCVD figure from Marvel Select shown at NYCC….. that one is aweful!
I would prefer the rectangular figure stand with the character logo as an alternative instead of the card stand and those figures should be pinless
They need to get rid of those useless stands; we need more hands.

from 2022 to now, it seems McFarlane is just putting out figures bc they know we'll buy them but skipping the little to big details to where we have to customize the figures for them. A lil tiresome for collectors who cant make their or re-paint them.

Your reviews really are some of the least helpful ones out here. The only piece of articulation people want to know about on a DC multiverse McFarlane figure is what is the thigh rotation like and do the wings pop out easily.
