I would expect you can, if you find the right kind of paint. I do not recommend the paint that I used. It is not holding up to well. It comes off too easily. Maybe test a small part on your glasses first to find how durable the paint is on it.
I have never used testor's model paint, so I would not know how well it adheres. I did see a video where someone used automotive touch-up paint, and it seemed to work great. I might try that next time. He used ColorRite brand touch-up paint in a paint pen.

First Remove The Old paint Completely Then Use Special Spray Paint for Metal.
