    I'm glad I came across your video! Couldn't get the dang thing to work at all, and then you went to the ID on the light, and it finally dawned on me that was the problem. This light (600) is one hell of an upgrade! Thanks for the video!

    I haven't been on your channel for a while but I happened to search for a refresher on the Goddox. I noticed that you shared a tip too restart your battery. I wish that I found out about this tip a few months ago it would have saved me from buying another one. In the morning I will try it. Thanks for sharing.

    I throw my xpro trigger in the bin last week. Had nothing but trouble with it since I got it. Use the older xt 1 and that works a treat. So many miss fires it was unbelievable. I was shooting indoors last week and was just testing a set up but the trigger would fire the lights but out of sync with the camera. Switched out triggers to the older one worked s treat. That's when I have up with it and it went in the bin.

    • @924PHOTOGRAPHY
      @924PHOTOGRAPHY  5 лет назад

      Peter Brehaut oh i believe it for sure! I have quite a bit of miss fires. I bought the pro ii and it seems to work a little better. I haven’t had the isywitb it being out of sync in a while.

      @@924PHOTOGRAPHY my issue is maybe because I was using the pro version for Fuji ?? Seems like the Sony guys and girls never have problems ;) do not get me wrong I love the godox system but I have had a few things go wrong on me. 1st the second time I went to charge the battery for the ad 600 it blew so had to buy a new one. One of my ad 200s made a strange noise when turned on so that went back and obviously the trigger problem as well. Guess I must just be unlucky 🤣

      One4All All4One thank you so much! Yes you can use a circular polarizer it will help, but that’s super expensive for the 135, i just replace the sky with one i took later that day for this image. The clouds and blue skies come out around 2:304:30.

    Hey Keydrin. I hear you mention something about Feathering your light. Do you have an actual video that explains the concept? I'm very much interested in this. Thanks

      Feathering the light means not pointing your light (or modifier) directly at the subject, but turning it a little one way or the other. Typically, you are using the edge of the light (modifier) to light your subject, making it a little softer. This also allows for the light to "wrap" around your subject. When he said that, he meant to turn the softbox towards him slightly. Hope that helps!

      I don’t have a video on that. I normally just teach it at my workshops

      @NP ttl basically is the camera takes measurements every time you take a picture and manual is you have to do it your self. My flash don't have ttl so I have to manually do my own flash. Like with lens auto focus and manual focus but with flash. Hope that answers your question
