Do let us know if there are anti-nutrients in soya chunks as well. Because unlike soyabean, it is not soaked overnight. I personally like to soak it in hot water for 10 mins and cook with masalas. Is that sufficient to clear the anti-nutrients if any?
Soak the chunks in boiling water after putting off the flame for 30 min. Keep the vessel covered. When water cools off gradually, squeese the soya chunks to drain the water. Then you can stir fry the soya chunks with vegetables and masala to enjoy the meaty texture. Still cooking is needed and its water must be thrown initially.

Absolutely not. Thyroid patients must avoid soy products at all cost. I have experimentally seen that thyroid medicines do not work in such cases. My wife was consuming soya chaaps once in a while and she was taking increased dose of thyronorm as per doctor's advice but still TSH was getting slightly higher than before. So we decided to not buy soy products for her. If you dont have thyroid issue, you can have soy products in moderation.

Thats why soyabean repeatedly failed in India. Still soy nuggets may be taken if you know how to process it before cooking. Soya protein is worst when we consider its bioavailability. Hardly 60% of its total protein is absorbed by our body.
