@@danieltatar7575 Ah maybe its related to its original printing being the uncommon so he doesn't inclued its pauper points as he only counts card as their original rarity for list placements (more likely just forgot to included maybe)
Swiftspear got screwed over by not getting her pauper points counted or even mentioned. She totally has at least 3 points in Pauper, so she is clearly the real number 1
Every time Nizzahon does one of these lists, I am _shocked_ at how few cards actually fit the criteria. Every time. There are only _76_ prowess cards in magic. Out of almost 30 thousand. How?
I feel like Slickshot Show-Off deserves an honorable mention here, it's not technically a prowess creature but it's been a very strong psuedo-prowess card in Standard since it came out
@@TheLuckySpades psuedo-prowess could maybe just be its own bespoke category though i don't know off the top of my head if there's enough reasonably relevant cards there to fill a top 10
Tbf, it feels more intuitive that abilities do stack than don't stack. Almost every new player I've known has been very confused that giving lifelink to a creature with lifelink doesn't gain you double the life. Or that double trample doesn't double the excess damage. Or that double-strike doesn't become triple- or quadruple-strike. Etc.
Now *this* is a list that I knew what the #1 was from the very start. What a great card. I wonder if it could make it onto "Top 10 Vintage Cards (Minus Power 9)", perhaps.
I think this has been the only list where I correctly guessed the top 3 in the correct order. I saw Bedlam Reveler coming, but didn't guess any of the rest of the list. Great vids as always!
Extremely instructive how Emberheart Challenger and Abbot of Keral Keep are extremely similar cards but the mouse is strictly better in almost every way, and even at the same rarity
Seeing the mice on this list just makes me sad, because I built my first Standard deck when Bloomburrow came out. It's a mouse deck, and I still haven't gotten to play it because nobody plays Standard where I live. Still, nice to know they're doing well.
you know it was really interesting to see how the fates of the khan's of tarkir were, well, reforged lol, but to see which khans and clans ended up better and which ended up worse, and that Jeskai's fate was so much better that prowess ended up as a deciduous mechanic
Ok, got an easy one with this one, I'm gonna guess number 1 is Monastery Swiftspear and 2 Monastery Mentor, hell, I will even guess three of Soul-Scar Mage? Edit: Oh, I was insanely close, literally only off by 2 points.
Love your Tops 10s. Been a fan for years. But can I do a longest/shortest Unbanning/Unrestricted list. I was wondering which cards were taken off a Banned or Restricted list the fastest and which cards stayed on the list for Years/Decades before becoming unbanned/unrestricted in the cards respected formats. Thank You
5:47 ... Don't you need haste for all creatures to make the combo actually as large as you want? Like with Enduring courage or similar - not just giving haste to all that are already on board?
Didn’t monastery swiftspear have more than 215 points since I would have thought it had won pauper tournaments before getting banned.
I was thinking this too.
I was about to write the same
Soul-scar has Historic points from at least Arena Championship 4, as well
Did you miss Swiftspear's Pauper points? I'd guess it got at least 30 in the short time it was legal there.
I would assume pauper points don't count as that would skew the results in favour of strong commons?
@@XenithShadow They do count, if you look at previous videos. Maybe he missed it because the original print is uncommon?
@@XenithShadowThey definitely count. #4 on this list has 47 points, 20 of which are from Pauper.

There are a lot of mechanics out there
Prowess is relatively new
I feel like Slickshot Show-Off deserves an honorable mention here, it's not technically a prowess creature but it's been a very strong psuedo-prowess card in Standard since it came out

Shouldn't Swiftspear have points from Pauper? Card was so oppressive it got banned.
They caught on pretty early and banned it before it got anything done.
Another issue they had with Prowess as evergreen: it was the only evergreen keyword where multiple instances on the same creature stacked.
Lifelink used to do that.

Please top 10 basic lands
5 basic + 5 snow😂😂
@metallarocomesideve9 you forgot the wastes man
Top 10 basic lands but weighted on the number of lands played per deck.
Has he ever done this as an April Fool's joke?
@@kylehall8760 No I thought it would be good for Earth day
Monastery Mentor really feels like it should be legendary both in power and flavor.

You might be right. As someone else commented, swifty is missing pauper points, and it got banned in that format for being played s9 much

Ah no - as long as you have enough creatures to cast the talent and TTINBE and level up the talent..
Monastery mentor gotta be 1 with swiftspear closing in?
6:10 This sounds so silly because This Town ain't big enough
@Nizzahon Magic
A video about top 10 cards that create tokens whenever a spell is cast.
Just about the most callable top two that there's ever been. I'd have been surprised if Swiftspear and Mentor weren't at the top.
Monastery mentor and the other 9

Easy to get the top 1 (thanks to one of other the recent top 10)
cool
Mentor?
You forgot swiftspear's pauper points
It got banned almost immediately, before really having a chance for them
@NizzahonMagic but it did get them
