It did not have an external on-off switch. It is not dangerous. The unit shuts off as soon as you remove the 1/4" plug from the instrument input. Why do this? Most multi-effects boxes are dual powered - they will run on internal batteries or from external a/c electrical plug-in. When using the internal batteries to power the box, it helps conserve battery power - assuming that one removes the instrument cable 1/4" plug when finished using it.
Oh i see. I like that function better. Some people just leaves the DC adapter plugged the whole year round. Doesnt seem safe. Also reduces the risk of and the headache of faulty switches

I would like someone to speak mooer ge100 settings in Portuguese!i see that the Mooer does not have a Power switch. this sounds dangerous and it seems to me that this is a construction mistake of engineering construction.. how is that possible? no off/on switch? everything has a off/on switch. . Beside this major mistake in my eyes, the mooer sounds amazing. especially the Fuzz. has a tube sound. like Fender sound of the 60s i don t know if i should buy this Mooer or the Nux100. what is the difference.??? what is best for soft sound for solo on Lovesongs and Country music. ?? specially of the 50s-60s
