If the POF amount is given through gift deed by my sibling, will we still have to provide the bank statement of account in which I am receiving salary?? POF will be in foreign currency account.
If yes, what duration do I have to provide the bank statements for? A year? Six months? Or for all the duration I’ve held that particular job?
Duration of bank statement for PoF in case of GD should be from date you received funds from the donor.
Duration of statement showing salary for job should Ideally cover “substantial” period of your job. That’s important part

I have been receiving salary in cash for the last 7 months and my employer has refused to provide me any kind of salary slips
Instead they suggested me to use
1. my job contract (which has my salary and work start-end dates written on)
2. and to use the experience letter that they will issue me
Sir would this be sufficient to justify the paid work of these last couple of months?

I have 2 questions about work permit.
1. Is it true that a student can get PGWV for the same duration as their study program?
2. Is work permit extendable? For eg someone completed a 8 month diploma and gets PGWV for 8 months, can this be extended indefinitely?
The Post-Graduation Work Permit Program (PGWPP) allows students who have graduated from eligible Canadian designated learning institutions (DLIs) to obtain an open work permit to gain valuable Canadian work experience.
Work permits which expired or will be expired between Sep 21 and Dec 22 have been allowed to be extended as an exception

I am the primary applicant and a doctor in pakistan, earning around 40k rs per month with an experience of 4 years (one year including house job). I have been getting my payments in cash
I will submit work experience letter with job description along with income tax certificate. I dont have the appointment letter but i can try asking the HR for producing one of the date when i was appointed. Would that be okay?

Bro. Plz help me. I have genuine experience. I am showing experience from 2015-2016 in India. I am eligible for Express Entry now because now I have Masters degree and French. At that time I didn't have tax return and I didn't know to file a NIL return. I can show work experience letter, salary certificate and cash vouchers for last 4 months. Will this work? I have everything except income tax return. I even learned from scratch to qualify for this program. Am I certain to be rejected?

I would recommend attaching income tax return for as long duration as possible which is aligned with the work history

One question: My cousin got NOI from SINP. She claimed 8 years of work experience. She was paid salary in Cash for 6 years out of 8. She has reference letters/experience letters from all her employers which satisfies IRCC requirements and in addition to that she also has salary certificates from all her employers. Is this much enough or does she need something more than these 2 letters. All letters are on company's letter head. In addition to these she is getting FBR tax return documents made too, although her income has been in the tax exempt limit. She isn't submitting any bank statement because there is a lot of difference in the amount she got paid and the amount she submitted in the bank account.
Does she need anything else to prove her work experience? If she provides those FBR Tax returns will she get in any sort of trouble? Because the POF amount was gifted to her husband by his mother (her Mother in Law) back in 2020 in their joint account (hers and her husband's account). So does she need to state that as well in those FBR tax returns? Because her income is no way near to prove that how she saved that much money.

1- work paid in cash is difficult to get accepted in case of SINP who has very strict requirements of producing government documents. She must file as many tax return as she can (few only be accepted by FBR for past years). Submit every document ranging from visiting card, office card, promotion letter, increment letters. Anything, everything that reduces the suspicion of this experience being faked.
3- SINP does not go beyond the source and declaration of funds in tax return. As long as 90 days ageing is met for “everyday” it should be acceptable by SK.
