Flareon always comes to Glaceon’s performances and has to keep his cool so he doesn’t ruin the mood but the second he gets a chance he dashes to the practice room and hug Glaceon as he picks him up because he hasn’t even gotten his skates off yet. And then very enthusiastically starts rambling about how perfect it was while Glaceon very calmly gets out of his performance clothes. Vibes are immaculate

And now I'm imagining a universe where these two found families live in different neighborhoods of the same city. The Eevee's go to the same middle school and often compare their lives and older sibling figures. This eventually leads to the two families meeting, with the respective Oldest Sibling figures managing to keep everyone in line and behaved.
I have a feeling some of these may be related. As in some of them maybe siblings or simply knew eachother before hand. Both umbreons and both sylveons are siblings. I dont know I think it make sense.

i like to think that glaceon isn't just an ice skater, but also a roller skater, roller blader, skating extraordinaire. rolling down the grocery store aisles making everyone nervous, and also giving himself an excuse to be like "well ice skating is my REAL passion" in kind of a showoffy but genuinely really excited to talk about it way
Umbreon gives the vibes of the super intimidating dude at the skatepark who you try to avoid at all costs, but then you hurt yourself really badly so you have to ask if he has anything to help and he ends up being just the chillest guy
I usually prefer female character designs to male character designs because they just tend to be more interesting but you hit it out of the park with these!
I love how extreme these boy's personalities are because that just means Eevee will be even more confused about how he wants to be in the future, and I just think it's neat! If this were a story, I'd definitely see Eevee eventually learning to grow by himself!!

Having Leafeon be short, stout, bespectacled, and loving eating raw tomatoes made me feel so shockingly seen. I never really expected to get any kind of representation of me in media in a positive light, so that was refreshing.

I dont know why, but Girl Espeon and Boy Glaceon look like they would have the most intense staring contests in history. Like they would stare at eachother from across the room and then it would end up with the rest of Eeveelutions betting on whos going to blink first :D

as a transmasculine person, i genuinely adore your design for jolteon. although i do fit into the stereotypical very thin, small body of a trans man, i get frustrated when my body type is the only one ever seen i really love how jolteon is *big* and *muscular* and unmistakably, unapologetically masculine while still also being visibly trans. i feel like too many people try to brush aside a transmasc person's masculinity by fitting us all into this neat, waifish box so we're "non-threatening", and you absolutely did not do that here i hope he keeps on rocking forever

Love the fire/ice ship for Flareon and Glaceon. Also love the idea of Jolteon and Sylveon maybe not dating, but being super supportive of each other's careers. They look so out of place at the other's shows, but that doesn't stop them from being the loudest one cheering them on.
Oh this is absolutely awesome. Love seeing the eeveelutions as boys since I feel like they're usually depicted as girls despite it actually being more common for them to be boys in the games.

June’s video of drawing Eveelutions as girls inspired me to start doing the same thing for my favorite Pokémon (Flutter man, Ninetails A, Lilligant, Whimsicott) so I’m so happy to see another one!
My human/gijinka version of Glaceon (my partner pokemon for as many pokemon games as I can cram him into) ended up just morphing into an OC of his own, so be careful with that 😂 It’s a slippery slope.

You incorporating Prowler Miles' design is a phenomenal note because I had a feeling that his design and quite frankly every male's design did so spectacularly to be different silhouette wise, but we used to have incredible design until history came across in a SPECIFIC time frame I will not bring up but is the reason men cannot wear pink anymore.
If I may, All of the boys look like they would love hugs, but would have very different reactions. As examples: • Jolteon would hug back with as much strength as he could, and trying not to break any bones. • Sylveon would giggle and hug back while smiling. • Espeon would push the hugger away (Except for Eevee and maybe his significant other (depending on the person) cause bias). And • Glazeon would be completely confused at first but hesitantly hugs back or ragdolls in the huggers arms. Just something cute that popped into my head.
Oh my gosh these are amazing! I love Umbreon and Espeon's design especially! Also the entire boy's dynamic must be quite a doozy to anyone just meeting all of them and then seeing how they interact with each other.

My eyes keep shifting between Jolteon and Espeon and in the hearts of my hearts i just know... Jolteon is smitten by Espeon and especially how passionate they are. Are they a bit of an high maintenance person? Yes, yes they are, but I can see Jolteon seeing inside of them and knowing that Espeon is actually very kind and sweet and that majority of their attitude comes from their fear of failure instilled into them at a young age, stress, and the need to prove to the world that they have some worth in this life. And Jolteon recognises this, it's that very same pressure he used to put on himself before he found music, his everything. And he just can't help but to wonder... would Espeon gaze into his eyes, would they be able to see just how much he adores them?
As an artist that mostly draws boys. YEAH THE FASHION FOR THEM IS SO RESTRICTIVE. Trying to make clothes that aren’t to fantastical is so hard ti do because it’s so boring. Like, most of my characters have jackets and undercoats, meanwhile all the girls that I usually draw have really unique styles from each other, like dresses, hats, and really cool boots. The only way I can think that I can try and do it is to add usually feminine elements to the masculine characters, like hair pins, corsets, or unique hats.
The visuals on all of their videos are so good !! When I watch art videos like this where the artist is designing characters I usually do something else while I listen bc there isn’t much to look at in order to keep my attention (adhd is so fun btw) I never feel this way when I watch June’s videos, there’s so much to look at !! Truly one of my biggest inspirations
Of all the Eeveelution male redesigns, Espeon and Umbreon are by far my favorites! Espeon because of both his style and because he's PURPLE, and Umbreon because he gives me the feeling of so much nostalgia with his Hot Topic-inspired fashion. Great video and artwork as always, June!!
Oh I FEEL YOU on the whole men’s fashion thing, almost any time I draw a male character I find myself ending up looking up female clothing most of the time and make them look more gender neutral leaning. As for specifically masculine characters I try to look at the Zelda books I have for that (they’re very helpful for character design!), and or infinitely scrolling through Pinterest and hoping for the best since it’s so hard to find masculine clothing that’s actually popping to the eye😭

i had the thought that Jolteon and Flareon have known each other since they were in diapers and that Flareon's mom is like a second mom to Jolteon. Also Flareon dinner nights are a household favorite because he'll usually have used a recipe he got from his mom and they're so freaking good he has to make double the food since everyone comes back for seconds. I think Eevee likes to sit on the counter while he cooks so Flareon will ask him to taste test :)
God, the struggle to design men's fashion is such a mood. For the last set of characters I made, I was going for magical 1930's inspired clothes. The clothes for the female characters was so much fun. There were so many styles of dresses and accessories and funky looking hats. But the men. *agressive hand clap It's just SUITS! SUITS AND HATS! 1930'S MEN ARE JUST RECTANGLES!
Whenever I draw men or men a-line character I often struggle with it because I mostly draw female or female a-line characters. So what I do to get around the struggle of giving them clothes is find something about their character and base the cloths off that. I have this farmer/hunter male oc that was struggling for a while to design, and wanted to give him a unique clothing design. Something farmer-ish but not like overall or big boots or camo(nothing wrong this those I just wanted to try something different), but something you can see a farmer or hunter wearing. I also wanted him to be string bean that is surprisingly strong just for giggles… Idk the thought of this skinny ass middle age man being able to handle heavy equipment makes be chuckle a little… but back to what I was saying I wanted him to be skinny frail looking, and have a farmer/hunter vibe to him. After a bit of thinking and asked friends and family what to do I ended up giving him a big florist orange puffy jacket because deer can’t see reds and oranges, and I gave him birch colored plaid scarf because he lives in colder climate. For his shirt I gave him a simple black turtle neck, for pants I gave him a worn out cargo birch colored pants as well a tool belt. Some dirty ass work boots, and also a dirty ass orange hat. Lastly as a last minute change and to help balance the character out since a lot was going on on the top I made him have a prosthetic leg that had some doodles painted of it done by his adopted daughter :) The design leaned more onto the hunter side but I liked it… I might change it up again but I’m happy with what I ended up with
I loved it when little girl eevee came on screen in your new style, and showed you ideas for the boys as a way to show that you had ideas for them! It was absolutely adorable, not just because she's in your new rendering style, but also because she looked so cute when she was drawing with crayons on her sketchpad, hesitant and a little afraid when showing you her ideas, and how happy she was when you loved her little drawings and proceeded to sketch. It just felt so right, and i adore her with all my heart and soul.
He definitely evolved that Eevee into a sylveon, he has a bad habit of spoiling and loving his pokemon too much Espeon does leafeon's nails, that's my headcannon

Honestly, I like the idea that Glaceon and Sylveon used to be a couple and broke up at some point. Despite that, things ended on very good terms and they’re still close friends (they just simply realized they didn’t like each other in that way anymore), and Sylveon is very supportive of Glaceon and Flareon’s relationship

As a fem transmasc, in the future I'd love to see transmasc characters that don't actually lean masc! Like characters that almost basically look like girls but are boys are so validating and so few and far between ;u; however I feel like leafeon is pretty trans coded because ive met crunchy tboys just like that. but again, it's very rare I see myself literally anywhere when people draw transmascs or fem men (as they never merge the two) to the point that girls are often more relatable regardless. Anyways, well done! I think glaceon ended up my favorite, and I agree with glaceon and flareon ship lol. I also think this time around that umbreon and espeon look like a much more interesting couple!

Umbreon gives the vibes of the super intimidating dude at the skatepark who you try to avoid at all costs, but then you hurt yourself really badly so you have to ask if he has anything to help and he ends up being just the chillest guy
I usually prefer female character designs to male character designs because they just tend to be more interesting but you hit it out of the park with these!

I love how extreme these boy's personalities are because that just means Eevee will be even more confused about how he wants to be in the future, and I just think it's neat!
If this were a story, I'd definitely see Eevee eventually learning to grow by himself!!

As a certified women lover (trademark) Im usually not a big fan of men in media but its special whenever June does it. Like... They GET what makes a man attractive and I applaud them because Im SOO in love with these designs.
Having Leafeon be short, stout, bespectacled, and loving eating raw tomatoes made me feel so shockingly seen. I never really expected to get any kind of representation of me in media in a positive light, so that was refreshing.

@@kiwikarp9509Asian men fashion(esp east/south east) has some flair to them. modernised cultural clothings too. Also if you look for what they where in a specific niche it'll be more interesting then a hoodie and a pants.
@@kiwikarp9509 imo there is SO much variety. There are like 5 different cuts and styles of jeans to work with and each says a different thing about your character’s personality, for example. It just depends on what you’re used to designing/have an eye for ig! I don’t design girls much at all lol
as a transmasculine person, i genuinely adore your design for jolteon. although i do fit into the stereotypical very thin, small body of a trans man, i get frustrated when my body type is the only one ever seen
i really love how jolteon is *big* and *muscular* and unmistakably, unapologetically masculine while still also being visibly trans. i feel like too many people try to brush aside a transmasc person's masculinity by fitting us all into this neat, waifish box so we're "non-threatening", and you absolutely did not do that here

Love the fire/ice ship for Flareon and Glaceon. Also love the idea of Jolteon and Sylveon maybe not dating, but being super supportive of each other's careers. They look so out of place at the other's shows, but that doesn't stop them from being the loudest one cheering them on.

June’s video of drawing Eveelutions as girls inspired me to start doing the same thing for my favorite Pokémon (Flutter man, Ninetails A, Lilligant, Whimsicott) so I’m so happy to see another one!
My human/gijinka version of Glaceon (my partner pokemon for as many pokemon games as I can cram him into) ended up just morphing into an OC of his own, so be careful with that 😂 It’s a slippery slope.

You incorporating Prowler Miles' design is a phenomenal note because I had a feeling that his design and quite frankly every male's design did so spectacularly to be different silhouette wise, but we used to have incredible design until history came across in a SPECIFIC time frame I will not bring up but is the reason men cannot wear pink anymore.
If I may, All of the boys look like they would love hugs, but would have very different reactions. As examples: • Jolteon would hug back with as much strength as he could, and trying not to break any bones. • Sylveon would giggle and hug back while smiling. • Espeon would push the hugger away (Except for Eevee and maybe his significant other (depending on the person) cause bias). And • Glazeon would be completely confused at first but hesitantly hugs back or ragdolls in the huggers arms.

My eyes keep shifting between Jolteon and Espeon and in the hearts of my hearts i just know... Jolteon is smitten by Espeon and especially how passionate they are. Are they a bit of an high maintenance person? Yes, yes they are, but I can see Jolteon seeing inside of them and knowing that Espeon is actually very kind and sweet and that majority of their attitude comes from their fear of failure instilled into them at a young age, stress, and the need to prove to the world that they have some worth in this life. And Jolteon recognises this, it's that very same pressure he used to put on himself before he found music, his everything. And he just can't help but to wonder... would Espeon gaze into his eyes, would they be able to see just how much he adores them?

As an artist that mostly draws boys. YEAH THE FASHION FOR THEM IS SO RESTRICTIVE. Trying to make clothes that aren’t to fantastical is so hard ti do because it’s so boring. Like, most of my characters have jackets and undercoats, meanwhile all the girls that I usually draw have really unique styles from each other, like dresses, hats, and really cool boots.
The only way I can think that I can try and do it is to add usually feminine elements to the masculine characters, like hair pins, corsets, or unique hats.

When I watch art videos like this where the artist is designing characters I usually do something else while I listen bc there isn’t much to look at in order to keep my attention (adhd is so fun btw) I never feel this way when I watch June’s videos, there’s so much to look at !! Truly one of my biggest inspirations
Of all the Eeveelution male redesigns, Espeon and Umbreon are by far my favorites! Espeon because of both his style and because he's PURPLE, and Umbreon because he gives me the feeling of so much nostalgia with his Hot Topic-inspired fashion.

Oh I FEEL YOU on the whole men’s fashion thing, almost any time I draw a male character I find myself ending up looking up female clothing most of the time and make them look more gender neutral leaning. As for specifically masculine characters I try to look at the Zelda books I have for that (they’re very helpful for character design!), and or infinitely scrolling through Pinterest and hoping for the best since it’s so hard to find masculine clothing that’s actually popping to the eye😭
You know you did a good job with designs when i say ‘I would do unspeakable things to that man’ under my breath for all of them (not Eevee ofc he’s a baby)
i had the thought that Jolteon and Flareon have known each other since they were in diapers and that Flareon's mom is like a second mom to Jolteon. Also Flareon dinner nights are a household favorite because he'll usually have used a recipe he got from his mom and they're so freaking good he has to make double the food since everyone comes back for seconds. I think Eevee likes to sit on the counter while he cooks so Flareon will ask him to taste test :)
God, the struggle to design men's fashion is such a mood. For the last set of characters I made, I was going for magical 1930's inspired clothes. The clothes for the female characters was so much fun. There were so many styles of dresses and accessories and funky looking hats. But the men.

Whenever I draw men or men a-line character I often struggle with it because I mostly draw female or female a-line characters. So what I do to get around the struggle of giving them clothes is find something about their character and base the cloths off that. I have this farmer/hunter male oc that was struggling for a while to design, and wanted to give him a unique clothing design. Something farmer-ish but not like overall or big boots or camo(nothing wrong this those I just wanted to try something different), but something you can see a farmer or hunter wearing. I also wanted him to be string bean that is surprisingly strong just for giggles… Idk the thought of this skinny ass middle age man being able to handle heavy equipment makes be chuckle a little… but back to what I was saying I wanted him to be skinny frail looking, and have a farmer/hunter vibe to him. After a bit of thinking and asked friends and family what to do I ended up giving him a big florist orange puffy jacket because deer can’t see reds and oranges, and I gave him birch colored plaid scarf because he lives in colder climate. For his shirt I gave him a simple black turtle neck, for pants I gave him a worn out cargo birch colored pants as well a tool belt. Some dirty ass work boots, and also a dirty ass orange hat. Lastly as a last minute change and to help balance the character out since a lot was going on on the top I made him have a prosthetic leg that had some doodles painted of it done by his adopted daughter :) The design leaned more onto the hunter side but I liked it… I might change it up again but I’m happy with what I ended up with

It was absolutely adorable, not just because she's in your new rendering style, but also because she looked so cute when she was drawing with crayons on her sketchpad, hesitant and a little afraid when showing you her ideas, and how happy she was when you loved her little drawings and proceeded to sketch.
It just felt so right, and i adore her with all my heart and soul.
He definitely evolved that Eevee into a sylveon, he has a bad habit of spoiling and loving his pokemon too much

Honestly, I like the idea that Glaceon and Sylveon used to be a couple and broke up at some point. Despite that, things ended on very good terms and they’re still close friends (they just simply realized they didn’t like each other in that way anymore), and Sylveon is very supportive of Glaceon and Flareon’s relationship
All sixteen of these characters are one big family now. Full stop.

As a fem transmasc, in the future I'd love to see transmasc characters that don't actually lean masc! Like characters that almost basically look like girls but are boys are so validating and so few and far between ;u; however I feel like leafeon is pretty trans coded because ive met crunchy tboys just like that. but again, it's very rare I see myself literally anywhere when people draw transmascs or fem men (as they never merge the two) to the point that girls are often more relatable regardless.
Anyways, well done! I think glaceon ended up my favorite, and I agree with glaceon and flareon ship lol. I also think this time around that umbreon and espeon look like a much more interesting couple!
