It will guide you through a body scan to release any remaining tension followed by a visualization to weave together all your experiences, and affirmations to solidify the integration process. Whether you choose to practice this during the day or as a way to drift into a peaceful sleep at night, it will support your journey towards wholeness and harmony.
    Taking time to integrate your experiences is essential for moving forward with clarity and purpose. This session is a wonderful way to honor the work you've done and to prepare for the next steps on your path.
