Distribution of massage service cards with lewd images of undressed women has been a growing menace in Dubai. As the problem rages unabated, Dubai Municipality officials are holding meetings with Dubai Immigration, Dubai Police and telecom operators to impose stricter penalties for the card distributors including immediate deportation. its very shameful when our family and our children has to see these cards.
They should have some undercover officers call those numbers and pay those parlours a visit and fine or deport those offenders, after they do that enough they won’t have anyone putting their contact on any cards which in turn won’t get printed !
They are already doing it but its such a handful of CID's doing that, they need to up the CID's for these cases.

Deporting doesn't even matter, unless you give a heavy fine to these bloody massage centers.
Those cards were the only trash I ever saw on the streets of Dubai when I was there on 3 separate visits. They need to do something for sure.

I once was in Deira 2 years ago, saw 2-3 cards & I thought they were rare because it's the first time to see them. I was in shock to see something like this in public. Good to know that they are aware of this problem.
What about those printing these or sponsoring the massage girls ?
You can get those pictures from Google Images and photoshop it to the cards.
The images are fake. Some of them are of movie actress
Sponsors are the first one to be targeted who are local nationals.

One day, I was moving from big bazaar to Al-Salam mosque of Abu-Shagara area, Sharjah. The distance was close to 1km. On the way, I found numerous Massage Cards (with picture of semi nude girls with a mobile no. on one side) at every 2metre distance. If there are any Massage centre, they should put the ad on their official websites not on the footpaths. This should stop at any cost otherwise this country will not be beautiful inside out... It is like forcibly showing wrong things to every pedestrian. I felt it's my duty to tell you the situation most of the uae citizens are either unaware or ignorant of.
One more thing. The cards what I saw is not just available there only, they are thrown daily or weekly basis at numerous footpaths of UAE. You can watch many past youtube videos refering the Massage Cards. I also seen these cards on the pedestrian bridge crossing near safeer market, Sharjah another day.
Hope, you will try to change this as you have reach to the government of UAE..

I see this happening almost everyday, literally everywhere. Finding the ones who put the cards on the cars and deporting them isn’t gonna solve anything mate. Unfortunately they are doing what they can for a living when they can clearly get proper legal jobs. The massage parlor should be targeted instead of the ones who place the cards on cars and if this could happen then it will make a difference to the community leaving these guys with no other options but to find a better job for their sake of living in Dubai.
If the Dubai police could maybe just maybe make an effort to track where the location of the card distributors or massage parlors are, they can simply head over and place a warning, if not fine to stop these kinds of unwanted advertising/marketing which is prohibited. But instead of targeting those places which gives dubai business over business, they just want to make a move on the poor people who have nothing in mind or hand but to do these kind of jobs. Sad.

One time I go to meet my friend in dubai international city we go to mughrib prayer to nearest masjid when we come back we found 5 to 6 massage cards on the door its good u take an action against these peoples I appreciate your efforts

Why don't you warn & take strict action against those massage centre's the contact No. Is already given on the cards, so you can reach them directly. Deport them who are deploying these persons to throw a cards.

All i noticed is that they will impose fines and takes action against those who put the cards who are laymen on visit visas looking for some AEDs.
I would suggest to take a step further, track the numbers and fine or close the massage centres who are behind this mass advertising.
Another video showed that most of these massage centres offer illegal services as well. This is very bad considering the fact that young kids may fall in this filthy trap.
