I am here in UAE since 2011 and havn't seen much. Work like machine for 5 months and go home 6th month for vacations.

I was in Dubai for last two months .... Man this biryani was famous everywhere. And I had it three times . Had a fight with my husband once for it because he had to go all the way to bur Dubai for it in traffic

I feel like if he was given the opportunity to have him own his restaurant, I wonder how much greater he will be. For a man that gets his Biryani sold like hot cakes doesn’t deserve 6,000 dhm that’s like £1,252 a month ... people here in UK who are restaurant owners make that in a day or half..
I wish that some rich guy reads this and sees the locked doors of this guy and gets this guy a restaurant and just ask him for a certain percentage as his ROI and allow him to have more money to bring his family with him to Dubai and allow them to reap the fruits of this mans success all together... I swear I would’ve done that if I had the money at the very moment ... huge respect for this guy ❤️

Average asians dont get paid more then 2000DH this guy is lucky if you analyze the crysis of Dubai this is still good but at what cost he doesn't go out in parks and mall he said he is going to give his kids the best time of their life.

Even though he is very humble and content with his situation I am surprised at the salary he is making being award winning head chef in Dubai who lives in same building as restaurant. I hope one day things get better for foreign workers in Middle East.

For those who don't know, he only makes about $1600/month. That's only $19k/year. That's really nothing considering how much money this guy is generating for the restaurants he's working at.
i have tried almost every biryani that exists and i just have to say that Pakistani biryani is the best in my opinion

I think he earns very good. 6000 AED is equivalent to 1,22,000 Indian Rupees, which is very well earned.

For the biriyani he makes that's not enough to be honest.
In Dubai itself, the minimum house rent with a room or two-room apartment will cost up to 5000 AED. so I think he definitely cannot afford it. If you living in Dubai and wants to earn enough to fulfil your needs in Dubai it has to be more than 10,000 AED. that's the least one should make. That chef is underpaid for sure.

Being an Indian, firstly salute to his hardwork, secondly there are millions of such citizens on either side of border who doesn't want any violence/terrorism in their countries. Well being and prosperity are their daily goals.
This is THE BEST biriyani, or atleast ONE OF THE BEST biriyani's you can ever have. Dont forget to ask for DOUBLE MASALA, either mutton or chicken. I personally prefer Mutton. Even their other dishes are good. I usually visit their Al Nahda branch.
