That is tougher. You generally need to offer capital as well through a merchant cash advance. Remember that these are very short term loans from Square. Usually less than 12 months, so you can just ask when it will be paid back and then come back then.
At the end of the day it is about the total fees. My advice would be to find a processor that allows you to do flat rate pricing, but I would also talk to them about the marketing programs with Poynt, they have some good integrations that can help them grow their business.
I would disagree with that. First of all, there is a soft check done. They are an aggregator but they are still concerned with risk. The main reason people sign up for square is simplicity and to a lower extent, technology. For decades the merchant services industry has had hidden fees and price increases that made merchants really excited about true flat rate pricing. The issue now is that Square is realizing how much money there is to be made in adding fees on and they are not so simple themselves anymore. Here is there current pricing: squareup.com/pricing
CCSalesPro canadians are so rude, maybe cuz they get called 5 times a day about the merchant, its so hard to schedule an appointment, sometimes I lose them on a last qualification question, they are busy but they dont understand when u talk fast idk what to do
+Edonis Cenaj you need to mix up your pitch and lead off with something else. Also target specific business types with a pitch that is customized for their needs.
Very informative. I set appointments for agents but this is gonna come in handy for me. Thanks!
+Mike Burns great! Thanks for watching
Best advice. This does require really know interchange, level 2/3 and MCC. Then you can kill it.
Agreed
Nice video buddy. I’m in the business and this is really helpful. Thanks.
+Howard George thanks
now the merchants are saying that square is now lending money to merchants - how do you answer that

how do you counter the "no monthly fees" point? $40 a month for poynt whats the value over square?

The number 1 reason Square is used is there is not a credit check or credit requirement
