The fact that Sonos pushed out 3 iOS updates yesterday and still need to fix all the bugs you just mentioned means this app is a total dumpster fire and that’s being kind. I can’t believe their app devs and ultimately Patrick Spence thought this was a good idea.
Thank you for posting this video. I am a iPhone user. Sonos version 16.1.1 Sonos OS = S2. No problems that I am aware of. I will wait to do any more updates.

I am so mad and upset at sonos about this updated app especially with Android they took away stuff that we need they took away the distance adjust away and we don't have true play yet there's no acces to use the front speaker

The Sonos app is a joke. All my NAS music is no longer accessible.. I really hate Sonos now. Its so fuck-up.....Whoever approved this app should be fired...
