I love this project! And I swear whenever I hear your voice I crave lemonade, a porch, a summer night, and I want to share all my life problems and hear your answers. I love it!
Famous quotes: "Look at this peanut!" I love you so much! thank you for sharing you wealth of knowledge and inspiring others. You are like the Mr. Rodgers of RUclips.
That lovin' feelin' is what makes you so special, CrafsMan, that is your secret, other channels show the kind of work that you do but they ain't showing that lovin' feelin' when they do that thang! I was delighted to see your progress, the aging of the gun and specially find out how you were going to fit those pieces in there so they work, and yo dids it so well, what a nice video to watch from head to toe!
Here I am, a 68 year old woman living in the Midwest, laughing at dis here wonderful video by my friend, the Crafsman. My husband used to be a "super agent" at Nintendo for many years back in the day. This dun will warm his heart when he gits home from work. You da bes, Crafsman. I send ya'll love and peace today. Chucklin' my way into Monday.
This video has helped me incredibly -When I make my steampunk devices I, of course, get jazzed about how they are going to look, but the real sauce is trying to figure how to get the mechanisms to work in those confined spaces. Batteries are also a thing- so your putting in that L-ion rechargeable got me to thinking. Also, I just feel good about the world - you are therapy!
I am so glad I found your channel. The way you talk and the things you say remind me of a client of mine who sadly passed away back in September of 2018. It almost feels like you're his long lost brother. I don't mess much with DIY crafting but I am always amazed by the things you build, and I'm sure that client of mine would have enjoyed your content, too.
YAY. I'm so glad I finally found someone else using mustard method. I found it forever ago doing theater props from someone else and haven't been able to find anyone else doing it in a tutorial when I'm trying to tell others how to do it. Thank you! Now I have somewhere to link them haha
I just found this channel last night. Instantly new favorite. You can tell he enjoys doing these videos. I plan to hit him up with some straight Patreon support when I get paid. Thanks for the education and entertainment Crafsman. Keep Steadycraftin'
Great project! getting the little sound device in was great- I really appreciate the thought you puit into the lifespan of a piece (i.e. charging/changing sound etc)
Secret Stash Bros Builds Bobby duke has different energy than the crafsman. Crafsman is more calm, collected, and charming, while Bobby duke is more bubbly and fun. I like both.
That zapper came out pretty darn well, it sure has seen some battles! I've never heard of that mustard trick by the way so thank you for another Crafsman 101 tip. Keep it craftin, steady craftin!
Love all you do crafsman. Just a little tip/tricked I picked up over the years when you are dealing with real small wires just barely heat the end with a lighter or small torch then you can easily strip the end of the wire with your fingers it’s helpful in tight spots I’ve goofed a bunch of times and pulled wires off the circuit board using strippers. Keep up the amazing work my friend.
Just found your channel yesterday and have already watched a dozen videos. This is just straight up old school cool and amazing! I really enjoy your love of classic toys, cartoons, and media and how you are able to use it to show how to create stuff. Very cool, you have me as a new fan of your channel!
i would love to see more of these little electronic projects. the way you present things takes away a lot of the fear i get from starting projects, and this has really giveb me a lot more confidence to finally jump in and do some electronic repairs i've been telling myself id do.
Another totally entertaining and informative video. Thanks TheCrafsMan! I laughed really hard on "look at dat peanut" and a few other things too. Your videos always cheer me up. Much love to you TheCrafsMan.
;) Glad you enjoyed it! I wasn't sure if I'd ever finish this one, waiting on that battery to come in... not knowing if everything would fit... Thought I might have to scrap it for a minute there. And I was slightly nervous about to cut those wires, so I can only imagine what other people go through. Thanks for watching, my friend!
TheCrafsMan SteadyCraftin pro tip: in case it’s not a Nintendo zapper next time, cutting both wires at the same time can shunt a circuit causing the device to function. Cut each wire individually if it’s safe to do so.
Thank you Crafsman! I love this video and it's awesome to see you sharing something new in each video. One video may be on molding and another may be on honey... you don't know what you're gonna get, but it is always with great enthusiasm that you take on new projects and then so generously share them with us. This one is right up my alley. I love modifying toy guns into cool space weapons and props.
Man, I love your videos. I've seen all of them and can't wait for the next one. And by the way, don't get into the ASMR stuff. You're doing exactly what to do to give me, and many more viewers, the tingles. So just continue with what you were doing before.
I want to second that ASMR comment. You do ASMR better than most ASMR channels. A lot of people don’t get the point of ASMR- they force it. For you it’s natural.
CrafsMan, I have been having an absolutely awful morning dealing with some non-human tools, when all I wanted was to speak with someone. I was straight heated, sir. I spun this here video, and I was calmed down within two minutes, AND I learned a lot. You are a treasure, brother - an absolute TREASURE. Thank you.
This is such an amazing idea, that’s for the inspiration on this. I’ll have to try making one for myself to go along with some of the other art projects that I have done for Mario and Nintendo. In my 3D art class I made a replica of an NES out of clipboard and installed the motherboard from one of my spare NES, as well as making the controller for it out of clipboard. I love watching your videos, it’s relaxing and a big inspiration on doing more artwork in spare time.
YES!! I've wanted to do something like this for ages! I had no idea those prefab sound modules existed. That's perfect! And the little rechargable USB Li-Ion pack is perfect for another idea I had. TheCrafsMan, you's mah hero!
Glad to hear that! It's a neat little device. I just plug it into a USB port when it needs charging, and it continues to blast away. Or "blip" or "bleep" or say "hello" or whatever sound you'd like. :D
I love nintendo stuff! Dad and I finished a Legend of Zelda Infinity Chest a couple of months ago on our channel and I must say..... It was extremely difficult!
man i just can get over this guys voice lmao its so mellow and relaxing also this project was great now only it still had a laser pointer of some kinda lol
And also, Geo Washington Carver said... "Look at that peanut!" LOL! Craftsman, you are one incredible entertainer. Thnanks so much for your videos, they always bring a smile to my face.
at 7:00 reminded me of some images I saved of a jointer I took apart last year ( I thought step-by-step). Just the other day, I looked at the images and that piece of equipment, it was like I'd never seen it before.... video next time for me. Another fine CrafsMan production, thanks!
CrafsMan is the best! You're the first time someone representing orange as their favorite color, and you got me all excited because it's my favorite, too! And you right, gray *does* go great with orange; I like teal with mine, too. :)
If I found it looking new, I’d have to distress it ... if I found it looking distressed, I’d have to restore it! Always crafty moves to be done! Look at this peanut! 🤣

If the water looks wet, that becouse its wet.
Could I be gettin that "Hello!" sound file? While I'm steady craftin I want my phone to be steady notifyin

@@brslash4838 25:30
somebody email Crafsman 🤣
That would be a great text notification sound.
Someday i want to hear him saying "Now beat the devil out of it"
Yes, I second this.
I third this
I fourth this
"And George Washington Carver once said... look at this peanut." Master class video as always!
Damn, you beat me to it. LOL That's really funny stuff!!!!
This was probably my favorite part, and I WILL use this line sometime! lol
I didn’t even check the comments until I heard him say that, I’m glad it’s the top comment hahaha

That old classic saying.
Top 3 asmr channels:
You

and that dude that made a knife outta milk
Kiwami japan is named
Adrher1999 yeah that dude
Same things.. 😂
kiwami japan, aka the prison shank channel
Can't agree more but I have to check out the milk knife video so thankyou
For future projects. Toy trains have smaller speakers for DCC controlled units. Just google HO scale DCC speaker
Mannn, I like that! THANK YOU!
Great tip Lanesteele240!
Dear RUclips algorithm bots. Thanks for introducing me to "Puppet Mitch Hedberg makes cool stuff" You're all right. Subbed.
Lol
I was just trying to remember that comedians name and bam🧨

Craftsman is so wholesome! 10/10 best crafting channel ❤️
I dunno, in my opinion, Bobby Duke has a lot of flair as well!
Secret Stash Bros Builds Bobby duke has different energy than the crafsman. Crafsman is more calm, collected, and charming, while Bobby duke is more bubbly and fun. I like both.

This is the first time I've audibly responded to "are ya'll excited?"
Yes, CrafsMan, I'm excited.
Oh my gosh, after this past week of working and trying to work while I'm sick and stuff this was the best thing
I know right!
This is some of the steadiest craftin' I done seen for a minute.........
Top tip on painting ‘metal’. Start with a glossy black base layer. Then hit it with some krypton metallic or better yet, Alclad II metallic paint.
Thank you for that, Raymond!
I’m I the only one who likes his sentence: “like that, right there” ?
You are not alone 🙆
I think it’s “like dat rite thu” 😉
Best ergonomics on a pistol I have ever held. Great job and awesome project

Just amazing as always. The project is almost secondary to the narration, but as a bonus the projects are _always_ just so cool. Thank you my friend.
The cut with the bee is phenomenal. You are next level as always!
Glad you liked that! I tried to set up for a shot of the bee release outside, but Mr. bee was so fast that the shot didn't really show much.
Aw man! You're like the new age Bob Ross! I could watch you work this magic all day!
This project was *amazing* to watch! Your attention to detail and the creativity you bring to every project you do is really inspiring!

Up late with a sick baby, got her to sleep and rewarded with a Crafsman vid. All is good-thanks Crafsman, the “hello” gun had me chucklin’.
Aww, I hope baby girl gets to feeling better soon! :( Glad you enjoyed the video!
