Hey Doug I've gained so much weight in the last few months what should I do to lose it like my pants don't fit any more it's gotten to that point. I started jogging a couple months ago I would jog for 2 hours but I had cheap shoes and ended up getting a foot injury the ball of my right foot ended up hurting so much I had to stop running even walking to this day still hurts a bit.
