    Hi Censor !
    I’m not a big fan of seafood myself , but I recently started eating some Smoked Norwegian Salmon Slices from Costco as a sandwich with bagel slices with some lemon juice and avocado slices. Also adding some mozzarella slices or basil sauce (also at Costco) to eat with it would suppress the salmon taste a bit and do the trick !
    I noticed some of your grocery shopping has been at Costco and hope this salmon bagel sandwich can be implemented in one of your meals !

    9/10 meals I have are the same. Chicken, broccoli/green beans, rice. Add cheese, seasoning, and plenty of franks red hot. Been eating like this for 9 months now while working out. Not only did I lose all the body fat I gained during lockdowns, but I've gained a ton of muscle and definition that wasn't there pre-lockdowns. It's really as good as you can get. Protein, veggie, and rice. Throw in a protein shake before your workout and you're all set.

      Switch your veggies sometimes and get some fruit in for the vitamins and other micro nutrients and sometimes eat some fatty fish and you are good to go

    Doug’s saying he went from 180lbs to 186lbs, there are 3500 calories in a pound of fat so doug apparently ate 21,000 calories of fried chicken, fries and pepsi, but also claims to have learned about diet 😂

      no weight flucuates depending on what you eat i've ate bad foods and woke up 5 pounds heavier the next day

    Hey censor. I’ve been going to the gym steadily for the past month. I’m working on replacing my fat with muscle. I’m 5’8 185lbs. Any tips on what to snack on instead of unhealthy chips and stuff. You should post your workout routines on your stories so some of us can do some workouts you do

    I am 50 this year and have a very similar physique at about the same weight. I am 5 foot 11. I agree about consistency and eating clean. It is a lifestyle choice. Every day isn't perfect but if I miss a day or two it is what it is. Just get back on track and keep moving.

    hey Doug, I really appreciate your consistency and resilience over the last few years. I've been subscribed for a couple years now and have seen you grow while developing myself. This was a great video and I'm in the process of reinventing myself and establishing solid, productive habits. keep it up man
    question: do you drink any coffee? I find myself getting tired throughout the day but am not sure if relying on caffeine is the answer

      Hey man I’m pretty into fitness I’ve been training now for about 6 years… for the answer to your question how many hours are u sleeping try to get 8 hours if ur exercising consistently if u aren’t start trying to and if u shouldn’t wanna get in the habit if always taking caffeine but black coffee is also really good for u in some ways so don’t stress if u want coffee many people drink it

    Im doing push ups and sit ups everyday since im 14 when i started gaming. My father said you always have to give sth. back to the universe for being lazy.
    Now i do pushups with out my feet.
    I can only encourage you to do 20 clean push ups after every lose in a video game. You will be shredded in no time

    Censor…this video was so refreshing. I’m 6’4 238. Wanting to really lose weight and get in shape for my wedding. I have no problem eating healthy but I’ll go to the gym for a week and then get gassed and so sore to even go back. Any tips? You are a legend man. Bigger COD lover as well.

      Don’t overdo it at the beginning. Remember everything is progressive overload over years and years. So doing just one set ur first time is more than last time. Start easy and slowly amp it up. Hit muscles 2x per week with 72 hours between and 6-10 sets per muslce per workout

    I've been in the Food/Nutrition industry for 7 years. BSc and MSc in Food Science.
    You're lucky you've found foods you can eat because your food choices man are reminiscent of some of the eating disorder studies I've read. You've formed neurological connections that are hard to undo regarding the ''appearance'' of food.
