Tip: If you can't find a 60FPS patch for your game you can also go to advanced > vblank frequency > change from 60hz to 120hz, it will unlock 60fps. for some reason rpcs3 halfs the fps depending on the vblank Frequency, so by setting it to 120hz it will take half (60) and make your game better
@@silburrrrdurrr right click on the game you are playing and then on that section it wont be greyed out. not on the global configuration setting but creating a custom configuration.
There is quite a few games that dilute does cause audio stuttering if you'll just say it and let it run through for a little while close your game open it back up it stops and you'll never have it again I've had about four games that had stuttering but once I close them down and open them back up no more problems
When you do emulation videos it would be appreciated if you showed the fps you got and which hardware you're using. Everyone wants to know if their computer is capable of playing games so it would give us something to compare it with.

No matter what the haters might say your instructions have many of my ripped games working and working at better than 30 FPS. I have always wanted to play them on PC since it's GPU is light years better, Coex cables to a TV that doesn't have Coex anymore, I want to play my PS3, It cost more to buy the adaptions then use a Emulator. Some games like Tiger woods golf 08 through 15 need a lot of work, 60 FPS down to 5 when really playing but hey, it's a start right! At least they start now.

Emulation is like translating a language while a person is speaking. It takes time to figure out what the words mean in another language so it's never the same speed. Consoles are made with different hardware and programming so translating them to pc incurs quite a big penalty.

I have a crappy laptop. And in the current state of the emulator, I can run default settings for every game and they play fine. But, like I said my laptop is crap. So I can sometimes or I should say, most of the time get games to only run at 30fps or slightly better at anything above 720p. At resolutions like 1080p,1440p, and 4K. So... If your rig is better than this ↓ It can run games fine. CPU: Ryzen 5 3550h 4 Cores 8 Threads 2.1Ghz-3.7Ghz GPU: GTX 1650 4GB(gpu doesn't matter too much as RPCS3 is very cpu reliant) RAM: 32GB DDR4 Dual Channel 2.6Ghz Storage: M.2 SSD 2TB(doesn't matter too much but an ssd is prefered) This is my personal laptop so if your rig is better expect 30fps for sure, and possibly 60fps if your cpu is WAY better than mine.
That i don't understand it's why anti aliasing and HD-FHD doesn't working anymore on PS3,(explanation like "PS3 is a very old console" is not acceptable bc this issue appears on PS5 and even on high specs PC),and why companies don't release a device to provide a serious MLAA MSAA or FXAA bc Mclassic+Mcable it's completely useless!!! Late response to your question I dont know the equivalent in intel but I got a i7-12700 and a gtx4070 works great on my other build same cpu but gpu I have the 3060ti and it ran great as well just not on 4k max settings 1440p it worked great though hope this helps

Your specs would be considered "high end." However, this emulator recommends at least 8 cores for laptop CPUs. Yours appears to be 4 cores so that might be an issue.
Cpu: mid range Gpu: low-mid range. In my opinion this hardware won't run Xenia very well, ps3 will be somewhat doable, Switch and all other emulators below should be fine.

Hi, so I am playing KH2.5, and a known bug is that Rosa’s slows down to like 15 fps when attacking. I’ve gone thru and and followed that Rpcs3 wiki said to do to unlock debug/force CPU Blip, and after doing all of those steps, I’m still having issues with slowdowns How did you get it to not have that issue, it looks like your frame rate doesn’t drop when you attack?

I have less knowledge to how to setting a emulator for the best performance. I have a notebook with a CPU intel core i5 4200U 1.6 Ghz to 2.3 Ghz boost and a AMD Radeon HD 8750M 2GB Graphic Card. Can i run RPCS3 on my Notebook or do i need a better PC. I tested some Emulators all are working well psx to Nintendo Wii. Yuzu and Ryujinx some games run perfect and some slowly. RPCS3 the games are running but slowly.

Hi! I switched to 7900 XTX from Nvidia card, and with anti-aliasing enabled i get an error message in the log: "Your GPU does not support alpha-to-one for multisampling. Graphics may be inaccurate when MSAA is enabled." I did not find any solution for this, latest drivers. It's annyoing cause games look worse without MSAA. Anyone got an idea for fix?

You should also enable "write color buffers" in GPU for gams like Time Crisis 4 that start off washed out white.

why my default resolution only appears 720p? and not 1280x720?
I have kingdom hearts 1.5 remix for it and it shows in the emulator but it says invalid or unsupported file format
Every time I choose recompile LLVM for both settings it always starts up then crashes but the other settings work just fine :/
