Great stuff, great movement and atmosphere. Interesting music choice, and editing experiences. Anyway, as everyone said, I woul love to see an "alternative edit" with the complete footage, uncut before the end of each and every jump. My opinion. -Naïm-
@PKCrusade It depends what you want. The 60fps means you can have smooth slow-motion (half speed by taking it down to 30fps in post production) whereas the1080p is larger resolution so you can deliver at 1080 or do things like fake zooms and deliver at 720).
@ToRReSMedia Kind of - 550D's do 30fps at 1080p but 60fps at 720p. We shot it all at 720p (60fps) just in case we needed the slow-mo for something Daniel pulled out of the bag unexpectedly. And it really paid off. Just wait until you see the Cologne film next week....
Great edit, truly was. the only tip i would give would be hold the shots a little longer or at least until danny finished them. not complaining just giving, hopefully, constructive criticism :) can't wait until the next video!! ps. skateboard kong?? DAMN!
I think this is somewhere near where Livewire lives, because I recognize a few of the landmarks from his videos. If it is, I wonder if they got to meet for a while. I know they're friends. Or were last I knew.
Definitely, definitely agree with MaxRunham's comment. The camera work and movement were all beast, shame the edit let it down, half the time you cut the clip before the movement had actually finished, or only showed tiny portions of the whole sequence. I'd like it uploaded again, edited differently.
haha, awsome movement's, but personally i wouldnt of cut the clips as much :( but apart from that really nice ;) the skate board to catpass crane at the blue wall's were beast!
this video shows so much of why I love parkour. You run around the city, having a blast, like a little kid while the rest of people watch baffled as they go about their boring lives:)
I dont doubt that their heart was in the right place....the footage looked great, but when someone is trying something new then they should also be ready to accept any kind of criticism, good or bad...All that people are asking for is to be able to see a little more of Daniels control...I don't want any one to re edit this piece it's great as is...but for future vids hold the shot a little longer thats all we are asking for...thanks
I wonder if Daniel can act? I think we have our live action Desmond Miles/Altair/Ezio Auditore for the live action Assassin's Creed flick. He already has the skills!
Great video but I don't think the clips should have been cut so short. It works great when you have fast action but not with slow mo. It just kinda teases you by not letting you see the whole thing.
Daniel é inacreditável habilidoso O.o' sobre a edição eu não gostei do corte de cenas como em 0:59 ou 1:17 esses movimentos são lindos deveria ter-los deixado sem cortes ;x
The shots should have been held a little longer before the cuts...cutting between locations took away from the flow....Music was great and over all it was a beautiful piece....
BEAUTIFUL!
ILLABACA ROCKS!
Love you're style, pretty much love tha editing.

Real nice filmwork....just love it!

How did you get such nice slow motion? Doesn't the 550D Max out at 30fps?
that is just mean, why did you guys make another teaser when you promissed an action video?
This video was kind of funny somehow, made me smile! Just being yourself, like a child running around. Doing little of this, little of that :D
I think this is somewhere near where Livewire lives, because I recognize a few of the landmarks from his videos. If it is, I wonder if they got to meet for a while. I know they're friends. Or were last I knew.

I tought too that it was Kyle ´Epic Mendoza , but it was Daniel iIbaca when you could get a clear sight at the face ;)

How do you learn to do this stuff?
@alacranmontoya Oh really. May you point me to a few films that show this revolution? Im curioius
what kind of shoes is he wearing

Why did you cut it so many times. We don t even see the whole action but a small pieces of the jump.
You took the most important part away...
i want more.
what's the camera filming
@MaxRunham thats because it is a teaser
Good.. His hair is growing again :)
one word: wow
Damn Right!
come to malaysia...whats the song
what's the name of the song??
for some reason daniel remids me of arj barker, but a hell of a lot more awsome!

@MartijnMoves I agree with you mate ;)
music?
yeah
did anyone notice the camera trying to find daniel at 0.31? lol
Great video but I don't think the clips should have been cut so short. It works great when you have fast action but not with slow mo. It just kinda teases you by not letting you see the whole thing.

Daniel é inacreditável habilidoso O.o'
sobre a edição eu não gostei do corte de cenas

deveria ter-los deixado sem cortes ;x
the best freeruner xD
1:51 Holy Macaroni. This guy has balls...
The shots should have been held a little longer before the cuts...cutting between locations took away from the flow....Music was great and over all it was a beautiful piece....
yes yes! agreed! =)
Would have been a sweet edit if the action shots weren't cut waaaaaaay too short.
Gotta show the whole thing, man.
they edited the shots too short :( i wanted to see his movement PROPERly not cut cut cut :/ thats why i realy love the behind the scenes.
