*My 2021 Genesis GV80 has HDA-2.* _Thank you to all the commenters and viewers for pointing that out._ The HDA-2's system helps maintain the set speed, and keep the vehicle centered in the lane while driving on a highway or motorway. Its Highway Lane Change Assist function helps lane change with the operation of the turn signal switch. Apologies for the confusion!

Tesla definitely wins in smarts over many other vehicles...
What do you mean by "smarts"? Tesla is designed to be driven hands-free. None of the Genesis are. Lane assist is designed to be a temporary "hands-free" driving mode. Comparing a Tesla and THIS genesis does not make much sense.

Your GV80 has HDA-2. Most 2022 and all 2023 models have HDA-1. HDA-2 is back with the 2024 model.
