Some things to note, his neutral B on a direct hit can kill under 60% and insta kill after a sheild break if you buffer an F smash at a good range. His side B always launches your foe away from you and can stack 5 times with each hit's knockback becoming stronger. His Up B can be used to kill exceedingly early if you catch a failed tech chase or recovery.
Sephiroth has 2 weakness in his moveset, other than he is truly amazing to play. Good thing is that he isn't busted, but seems to be high "B" tier. 1. His neutral special "flare" just only normal flare takes so long to just get started. I wish that it's damage would be nerfed from 16% to 11% & come out just 10 frames early. 2. His N-air is actually good for covering a little more than his body & quick. It just needs to linger on for a few 3-4 frames more. Other than that I am totally fine with him being lightweight because he can't be busted.
He's fun to play but struggles to EVERY single match up (mainly against small and fast characters). VERY hard to do combos and he dies TOO early. It's almost impossible to hit one single blow with him even with this insane range. And if you miss one hit, you are dead. It's like he's with Shulk smash monado all the time, he kills and dies very easily. It is really difficult to approach safely with him.
