Thank you for your honest review! And I appreciate all of the feedback from your subscribers! Will continue to learn, improve and create even better designs! Thank you, Keanu
At $30-$40 it'd be worth it. The drawbacks you mention are significant enough that it's not worth the money *to me* ; I have quite a few good-to-excellent D2 / G10 flipper knives for well under the cost of this one. It would've made a great EDC for me otherwise. I'm sure plenty of folks will find it worthwhile, and glad to see another interesting option out there.
Thanks for mentioning the Razel; loved that old tank despite questionable design choices that exceed the ability of one hand to count. It's my first thought when blade shapes like this one come out. Thanks for not sounding apologetic when discussing flaws. Have a great day!
Nicolás, totally agree with it being different from the herd of knives. Still here, still enjoying your vids my friend. Hope you and the wife are doing great.😁👋⚔️
I have 2 Bestech knives Sowrd Fish and Katana. I love both. They never seem to fail for high quality for whatever their price is. I really like this too.
The black pocket clip, in my opinion, goes in the ugly category. I wish they stopped doing that. Other than that, I kinda like this and might pick one up. Thanks Nick!
Different is greatly appreciated in knives when I'm shopping around. I'm that guy that likes to carry a tank one day and a piece of art the next. Buy what you like and use what you want. We only get one ride, make it fun. Great video brother 👍
A useful addition to any Marvel Fan's collection. It's a real life EDC that can also proudly sit on the shelf alongside the Infinity Gauntlet Collectible and the Marvel Funko Pops.
I clicked on the video because it is a unique knife. And when you said 65$ i think it is special. Also when you flip the knife like that so reliably is quite appealing. I would get this knife and do a little more work on the knife to make it a gem.
I bought a bestech about 4 years ago, I chose the kendo, it's as good now as the day I bought it, i paid around $45, I'm very happy with it over all, my spiderco is always my go to, but still a knife I'd recommend for the money
Bestech also have the sledgehammer same price and thumb studs , dose not have the nice tanto/razel like tip it's more of a chisel'ish tip ,the sledgehammers handle is not as nice either . But it kind of shows that thun studs would work well.
First time I kind of disagree with a "bad" here. Even workout the tap it would not work well for cutting stuff lying in the ground for example kitchen or foot prep. Becssue if the scales 🙂 love your reviews anyway. Keep in going as long as it's fun to you 🙂 thank you for sharing and your time and effort
I have a Mini Recon 1 Tanto that's solidly sub-mediocre as a general use EDC but is phenomenal for certain tasks I do, like scraping. Although I don't use it to scrape open my boxes of razor blades :)
That blade is clearly under 3 inches. And when we mention blade, we are talking about the cutting part of the metal. The unsharpened part of the metal shouldn't count in the measurement, otherwise the tangs of knives would be counted too. But cops don't know all the laws and most definitely interpret them wrong many of times. So yes a probably could get in trouble with a cop, but it shouldn't stand up in a court.
65$ for g10 and d2 is too much for a chinese low-budget knife tbh. cool blade but the handle looks like a fisher price toy. NICK WHEN DO YOU FINALLY REVIEW ONE OF THE COUNTLESS FANTASTIC NEW KIZERS? sorry for the caps. but it drives me nuts seeing all the bestsech, civivi and cjrb meh designs.

Glad to see you poting this afternoon.
i've had the black one with red stripes on my list for a few weeks. thanks so much for the review, helps a lot with the decision to buy

Interesting knife, I totally agree. Thanks.
So nice to see your reviews, Nick!!

Great review. Thumbs upward.
Needs an ambi clip arrangement.
Sharpening well D2 in that particular blade shape would drive me crazy. It’s hard enough with a straight-forward (so to speak) blade.
i feel like id really like the those scales, im a big fan of aggressive texture to fidget with and use roughly without worrying about slippage

Don't forget the Soylent
I have two TwoSun TS390, which was designed by Keanu…fantastic knives and similar blade shape to the Bestech
Bought one. I love tantos; even extreme ones. I like the aesthetics and it works well. I might buy another in another color.

QSP has a Penguin with S35VN for $65 now. I feel like they're really setting the bar for budget knives these days.

It looks like a $12 Stanley knife that was designed for carpet installers. Gag!
Looks great and functional.
Bestech also have the sledgehammer same price and thumb studs , dose not have the nice tanto/razel like tip it's more of a chisel'ish tip ,the sledgehammers handle is not as nice either . But it kind of shows that thun studs would work well.
Looks like a useful utility blade
I’d use it to scrape off my inspection sticker. That said I guess I would only use it once a year but who knows I’m sure I can put it to use
Appreciate the content. Hope you're well.

If this was a little larger (keeping the blade thin) and used 14C28N with plain Micarta; I'd be all about it.
Thumbs up for the knife and review. But mostly for “meat pause”.

Holy crap, Nick is the Maverick of Wall Street!
Worth every penny
Yeah 60 bucks for a decent budget knife is where 40 bucks used to be not too long ago
There was a brief golden age where Civvivi and similar had the Praxis at $45 ish and crushed the market.

I am not a fan of Bestech. I got 2 Bestech knives and both got lock rock after a bit. No contact between liner and blade and that's a no go for me!
Oh, you're left handed? You're dead to me...

Rocket Racoon loves you Nick. It's ok.
Ciao Nick.
he's not a raccoon. Jeez. the entire galaxy keeps messing up what Rocket is... 🤣
until they brought a racoon into it... LOLOL
What a shitter knife 🤣
Oh my God! You defamed the raccoon! 🦝
