Me too. I've even gone to the ER thinking I was having respiratory distress but it was all anxiety. Nothing on chest xray. I've been having more panic attacks too. My hands go numb and they start hurting. I can't open or close them. They just stay fixed. It's crazy how the mind can cause physical symptoms

What a calm and solemn music! I love your voice - so gentle! I am so happy to have found you! I simply love your sounds! I listen to your sounds when I want to sleep. You have even inspired me to create my own channel but I can't stop coming here for more. And any time I am looking forward to a wonderful meditation, I find your channel the best place for me. I also also observed that your channel is one of the best I have seen in recent times. Thank you Thank you thank you. And some times I just wanna relax or just read my books, your channel makes all the sense for it. We love you! Gracias!

I use this video and played a 528 hz video at the same time. I do feel better and the doom has subsided and no rabbling thoughts. Took about 20 minutes.

I went to the cardiologist to check if i have any problems with my heart and thyroid. none, i’m okay and i’m glad. its just the panic attacks and anxiety. i haven’t had any of those until today when i drink coffee. lesson learned: cut down caffeine and soft drinks. haha

It's such a shame that most meditations are all about The Breath. I understand why, but anyone who has upper respiratory problems are automatically at a huge disadvantage. In _peacetime_ as it were - it's bad enough. But in these times - concentrating on the breath is even harder. I'm pretty sure I have the virus, I'm praying it's a milder strain of it. So concentrating on my breath automatically leads me to panic. In general, uploaders of this type of content forget that many of us have ashtma / breathing issues. It's so difficult for us, even before this dreadful Corvid business. 'Mindspo' would be doing people like me a great service if they could come up with something different.

Mindspo isnt coming up with the idea of breath. Our breath is what switches us into our parasympathetic nervous system which is our rest and digest/calm state. So this is why its the basis of all meditations. Physiology not just said by meditation teachers. It would be very frustrating and triggering to hear that deep breathing is what you need when breathing is hard for you. Maybe look into Mindfulness Practices instead. Focus on your senses 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can touch, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste. This helps shift the mind out of anxiety by focusing it on the body. Wishing you all the best.

sorry to hear that. When you look inward it can bring more anxiety at the start, because it's easy to just keep it covered up. There may be an initial wave you have to overcome. Practise makes perfect.
