Came across your channel yesterday and I’ve binged every video! Really interesting, a apartment in Northern Ireland like this would be 350,000. Houses worth 750,000 in NI would be 300,000. So interesting. A 500,000 property here is literally a mansion but buys you very little across the water.

Every time I visit England from Canada, I have to adjust the size of the fridges. When reaching for the handles without looking, I miss it by a foot lol. Standard average fridge width here is 35" with new homes up to 72". Beautiful condo but way too many rooms.. blow out those walls and have an expansive layout. I've stayed in Didsbury and it's beautiful.. affluent yet non pretentious unlike London... Great job....
Summer always enters a room and quickly jump towards any wall in front of her and leans on it. 😊

I'm a house and garden man myself, but this penthouse is fantastic a ton of space really nicely done. I thought it would be something a footballer would go for, hi-spec and fairly private. I can imagine some quality parties going on here, covid rules permitting of course!! If I had the money the only reservation would be the 250 year lease, what happened to the standard 999 years? but all in all very impressive.
I love this apartment so much, the only downside I’d say is the size of the kitchen. It’s quite narrow and cramped, I personally think they should’ve knocked down the wall between the kitchen and the living room to make it more open and more penthouse-like! Xx
Many thanks for this tour, think that there are some issues where things have not been thought through. Split level in the master not great and is a trip hazard also the space in the master around the bed does make it feel quite enclosed which is disappointing for a master. Also with regards all the radiators even though they are smart I do think that the developer missed a trick not putting in under floor heating. With regards to the kitchen and living room space I do think that these are nice and was impressed by the range cooker 👍 keep the review coming guys 👍

West didsbury is so nice and a really nice area lots to do and a great location. Love love love it thanks so much for posting I love the kitchen cabinets and tops so stylish and bright. 2. Since this is a marketed as a penthouse style apartment, plz mention abt noise insulation. This is a common issue with new built apartments.

Never been to Manchester, but heard many positive things about it. Your channel appeared in my recommends yesterday and I've checked out a few of your vids. Keep it up. I have been debating in my mind the option of going for a new build property. Born and raised SE London gal, as you know prices are steep for what you can get down here! This property does have a very unusual layout, I do love the windows in the living area and bedroom, also the terrace, though I feel it's overpriced for what it is.
Prices are cheap cos no one wants to live there its a dump ha . City centre is awful nice suburbs if u go further a field didsbury is OK boring tho
New development in Hempstead, Kent has some very big 4 and 5 bedroom houses.
That picture on the staircase is the standout feature of a nice but decoratively plain property

Try out Hale Barns (Broad Lane) which is around 15 mins away from Manchester, there are more luxury houses that way!

@@caitlynalfreda1826 Ok, maybe not in Manchester, but it would be nice to have it during summer. I also had a similar question about the old radiators in new builds. They just aren't present in newer US homes here; and we've even started to put solar in a lot of our homes. Very eco-friendly.

@@carinaadams6797 Perhaps you are not taking into account that air conditioning does not just cool but heats very efficiently as well. Don't like seeing radiators that are in your face on a premium build. All a matter of taste I guess.

I know it's not a popular area but could you guys look at a few new apartments in barking and dagenham, there's a lot of new buildings being made.
Nice. I'd like to see coverage in areas such as Cheshire, West (Riding of) Yorkshire, City of York, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent, Mayfair and Chelsea. Estates and land, penthouses. Hills, views, chalk streams, waterfalls (maybe only in Yorkshire), meadows, woods, some farmland sure, coast or more inland. The essence of England really but somewhat targeted to those areas mentioned above. Or, surprise me with something in Devon or somewhere. Really look forward to new content, thanks for what you do. I'm 6'4" too so anywhere head room or leg room or general space is an issue, I appreciate that too. - Mark

Imagine touring a fab property in Clifton or Camp’s Bay?
The ground rent and service charge is actually pretty cheap given the two parking spaces and sq ft of the apartment. My apartment is literally a third of the size (Birmingham) and the ground rent is the same, and service charge is around half!
Love the hidden feature and the place was huge expensive
