Get the National Guard to send all that water to Idaho where their local government is preventing farmers from watering thir crops, such as potatoes.

Better yet remove their local government hacks

It's not "that time if year again." Floods usually happen in the spring. It&s summer. Much harder for farmers to come back from this. We're all going to pay later.

Well the dam is designed to put a crane on top.so how about putting a real operator with an excavator with a thumb to pull the trees out and throw them to the other side.how much more rain coming??just a thought.

Sorry you live in a possible place for a flood or in a flood zone you shouldn't get a dime

you realize all of North America is a flood plain. Also, when a dam breaks, it means that proper planning wasn't done. Don't be an unfeeling dick.

This event absolutely is not record-breaking. Stop the hype everybody has access to weather pattern statistics for those who choose to look for themselves they will see you are lying !!!!!!!!!

it's definitely a record for the week ... guess it's just a question of their timeframe they consider :-)

I certainly haven't seen this much rain in my life. We've had rainstorms every nearly every day for the past month

@@Ryan5oh7 the last time we had it bad was when you had to detour around Omaha and go through Sioux City because the Missouri was so high ... was that 15 years ago? For central Minnesota/norther Iowa, these are records.
