How to Fix a Pallet Jack that Wont Stay up and Leaks Down. This particular model was an interthor jack. This pallet jack was leaking internally and wouldn't hold a load up. It would pick it up and then slowly leak back down. This jack did not leak oil externally, that would be a different problem. What you will need is a new seal and maybe some valve grinder compound. The seal size for this was 31.5 x 41.5 x 6 mm. Metric seal. Dont waste your money buying a whole seal kit for $50-100, just the part that is needed can be had for about $5 including shipping, just google the seal size. Take off your release lever and disconnect the cable, you dont have to take much apart to fix this. The seal may be referred to as a radial seal or maybe a u cup seal.

New pallet jacks are cheap and the broken one can be sold for scrap iron.

Please don't beat ball bearings in, especially not across the race. It damages them permanently. Always press them in only on the race where you fit them.

Всё хорошо, но зачем было красить рабочую поверхность колёс? Краска будет пачкать полы и всё равно потом облезет. И не показали процесс установки тросикового привода тележки на ручке, где рычаг опускания.

我靠，大哥，你连最基本的孔遮盖都不做，轮子也不舍的换新的。拆除的时候也不舍得喷点除锈剂上去拆车，孔里头原本没事的，给你敲两下划痕出来了，后面轴承划伤损耗肯定高。这做个毛的修复啊😅

I think it was more abt enjoying urself remodeling something and spend ur day to ur myself making a video
