Mark that was an awesome video. I planted purple and seven top turnips, kale, rape, spinach and colards back in late September and basically feeding the neighborhood. Just about a half acres worth. If you haven't tried rape...it is a shinny leaf green very similar to turnip greens and but much milder. I think my neighbors like it just as much if not more then the turnips. I have been mixing all of them together and they are really good. Wife adds home canned tomatoes to them sometimes and makes corn bread to go with them. Hard to beat fresh greens.

Mark you can remove those stems on the greens ( slice down both sides ) take the remaining greens and stack them and roll them like a joint ( opps ! ) then cross cut them at 1/4' slices. Started doing that on my collards and really liked the results. Keep the good videos coming. Peace

you should cook the fish whole. I eat turnip greens almost every week. Poke salad grows wild here and is even better.

You mentioned you went out and tried calling your cats after the stray dog chased them off. I was wondering if you could give an example of how that may sound In one of your videos, for informational purposes.

Its unbelievable what you can grow on 1000 squarefoot. If you have the chance to do so, there will be some vids about gardening and cooking.
