I discovered that I could do this over the past couple weeks. I feel a cool energy in my hands and it’s like making a snowball. It feels like trying to put two like poles of magnets together.
That was amazing!!! I felt my fingers, hands and arms tingle. I felt the weight of the ball as I moved my hands in and the ball got bigger as I moved my hands back. AS I added words into my ball, my ball got heavier and heavier. I fell energized now. Thank you.

What a great question! Yes ... you can shape it easily with your hands while flattening with your mental imagery. However, if trying to throw as a frisbee the end result isn't the same. I usually stretch/elongating (seems like taffy) when I''m placing on my dogs bed to super charge it before she laid down after surgery. However, I typically keep in a ball when offering healing to my pets or others.
