I was able to create my design but it came to downloading my design to my iPad, it wouldn’t do it. I clicked “download “ several times but it wouldn’t do anything. So I had to go to my computer to download the design
This is such good news! I just purchased the latest iPad Pro 13” recently and was hoping I could use it to design on Kittl instead of using my big laptop.
I’ve had many issues *downloading* designs & mockups on my ipad pro & this video stops short of that. After days long exchanges with support, where I had to show I was unable to download in multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) the determination was Kittl is not meant to be used on the iPad, sorry. So is this fixed? I absolutely prefer my iPad & pencil over MacBook. Thanks!
Hey there! Yes, you can download from Kittl on the iPad, but it goes to your Files, not straight to your images. So you can either click on the download icon from within Safari or Google, or, visit your files folder on your iPad and then designate where you want to do.
@@Kittldesign right but sometimes the objects I want to select are on top of objects that I don’t want to select. I guess I should’ve phrased my question as like- how do you do Cmd ⌘ + Click on ipad? Thanks

You may need to try updating your Chrome browser, or the iPad OS. However, the iPad mini's screen size may not support our recent UI update in Kittl, released a few days ago. We are currently working on the mobile version right now!
i dont understand, i went on kittl on my ipad mini 6 gen and it said 'our editor is currently only usable on desktop computer' i switch to destop mode on ipad, nothing change.
Hey there, with one of the recent updates, the iPad mini screen size is too small to show all of our editor, but we are diligently working on the mobile version, and once it's out, it will work again!
Yesterday, I found three screenshots from two years ago. One showed a video from this channel, and the other two were Kittl website, showing "No iPad Support."
Yes, it does work but it’s not the best experience. Using the Apple Pencil brings up the mini keyboard which is horrible, and the element selection is glitchy
Hey there! We are certainly working on the overall experience, as well as a proper in-App version of Kittl that will be even smoother. However, the keyboard does have to come up for you to insert new text, and it's more optimized than the full display keyboard that would be covering up your entire design. :)

The web kittl is so slow. Specially when I'm looking for an element. Try Canva when searching for an element. It's way different. You can see a huge difference. Kittl should even load way faster because it doesn't have a lot of libraries of graphics compared to Canva. I'm not a canva fan. But this is my3rd time trying out Kittl. But it always upsets be when selecting the damn element and searching for a design element to compliment my design. I still cannot favorite a graphic/design element. There is no similar graphic related to what you are looking for. I cannot even find a very easy "doodle line"

Hm, sorry about that! Sounds like there may be a bug, or perhaps the tablet screen size is small, but for the iPad, Kittl should certainly work. Please reach out to our customer support so that they can take a look!
CS told me to try Firefox, since I typically use chrome. no change. I had replied from both Paula & Rowell. They said it was an ipad limitation & to use a desktop 🤦🏼♀️ I have ipad pro 12.9 2022 so it’s not screen size.
Well I got the expert subscription based off of this video that this works on the iPad in the same functionality. That is not true. First design I made for a standard Merch by Amazon t-shirt, it would not allow me to download it. I tried every way I could think. Kept getting an error. I notified support and in the meantime, got on my laptop, which I hate using and was able to download it there. Support noticed me that the artboard I was trying to download was too big for the iPad. I was confused as I create artboards way bigger than this all the time on the iPad in Procreate and Affinity Designer, I was told it was a setting that KITTL had on their end. They would put in a request to fix this. So if you are like me and prefer to relate in the comfort of your recliner on the iPad, you won’t be able to download anything but the smallest of artboards.
It does not work on my iPad anymore. I am using Chrome, and have a 12.9” 6th generation. I can access my account and projects, but it will say “we are sorry, little editor is not available on mobile…please sign into your desktop.”
We actually just tried today on that same exact ipad size. However, you may not have the opertating system that supports the version of chrome that Kittl runs in. The iPad we tried was 9th generation, but perhaps the operating system update is available on your system, so try that first!
Sorry the speed was too fast! We do have many other slower paced videos on the channel if you'd like to check them out. We don't necessarily believe that makes us bad teachers though. :) Everyone learns at a different pace.

I am so excited. It looks easier to erase on the iPad because of the pencil. I used iPad a year or so ago then it stopped working. Glad it's back.

You can swipe across the screen with your pencil/finger to select multiple objects!

Doesn’t currently work on my iPad Pro 10.5” running 17.6.1. I only use kittl on my iPad and now I can’t access the editor.
We'll check on it! But as of recent, iPads with that size screen should be working.

It seems as though smaller tablets are no longer to fit our updated UI, however, we are working on the complete mobile version right now!

As an Apple Fanboi, I get slightly agitated when you call it a pen when it says Pencil right on the device 😂😂😂 other than that excellent video!
