LOWINFOOD implementation in household consumption

LOWINFOOD has implemented two types of innovations to reduce food losses and waste in household consumption. The two innovations consist of an app, the first one is to manage household food provisions and the second one combines restaurants and consumers by selling restaurants’ surplus food. After analysing the evaluation data, the efficiency and the socioeconomic and environmental impact of these innovations will be reported.
