Lives are tough on the water, I've done quite a few. I think you could pull them off for sure, my issue is the cell service. I love the idea of having moderators help run it and would definitely help you out. I stream on FB and on Twitch so I have experience with both of those and Streamlabs OBS.
Yeah, cell service is a killer. I have been testing last two seasons to see what works and what doesn't. The fact that it is difficult is part of the reason I think it can be the differentiator.
