Thankyou for having your Dad in the video doing a modified version. I am of your dad's gen but gifted with movement and virtuosity so I am between the both of you. It makes it hard because you still want to do what you could when you are young. This is the second youtuber that showed a modified version of what they were doing that I have seen today, it showed me they cared by putting it in their video. It also shows me you care as well.
Very nice. I appreciate your level of fitness it brings back memories of my Mum . When we were very young living on the farm the water well was about a quarter mile away and down a long hill . Mum would load the sleds in the winter and head out across the snow with at least 4 of us kids all in our winter suits that she had to put on ' before ' we had to pee . We had 9 in our family . She'd fill the pales with water using a long rope from the depth of the well and start packing with a pale in each hand and 4 on the sleds . Us kids would be trying to help but just ended up hanging off the buckets of water or dragging along with the sleds behind her . Wow ! Love You Mum ❤ ! Thanks
@@Summerfunfitness Hi Summer, it'd be nice to have less movements per videos (e.g. 3-4) and have the textual explanations and beginner VS expert differences spoken out loud. Here's the reason: seniors easily forget things, pay little attention to details and get movements confused 😅 Thank you for your efforts, I learned plenty of useful movements for my own training with your previous videos, but these can be way more useful to pass on to elders 🙏
I'm more your dad’s age, and I'm very interested in calisthenics. Let me just say that I celebrated my 70th birthday in Coimbra, Portugal, in 2022, running 10 Km in a marathon time 🤣. I have lived here since 2021 because I was born in a suburb of Buenos Aires in Argentina, got a widower there in 2017, and had two terrible strokes with surgery, a half-year wheelchair and NDE in 2005!! They send me back from upstairs, so I promise I’ll follow your instructions.

This is the first time I see the knee hold in the air in a mobility exercise. It makes sense because it's extremely useful in rock climbing for example! I'm guessing you've already answered that question, but do you climb? You said you have climbing friend and we can see holds in some of your videos.

Great work, though some mobility exercises can bring about strains on the elderly, especially the plant variant. Older folks are just that much more fragile.
Muscle built through training calisthenics but not through just static holds, I also do pull ups, handstand push ups , dips, push-ups…many other compound movements.
