Wow, I encountered this fruit making Filipino peanut butter dish but it was canned in brine. Now you showed me the natural origin. Our cultures are historically linked. Thank you 🙏
Thank you 😊
Thanks for explaining in detail. Generally people keep it secret to ensure their recipe is not compromised. I am extremely happy that you showed the correct procedure in detail. From here on, any other site can be viewed for frying and other trivial details. Keep up the good work
Capt Ajit K Sharma Its not a recipe. Its just the cleaning process. With this cleaned mocha u can prepare many recipes.

Awesome! ! Thank You ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

hi, Banana Flower is one of the famous recipes in Assam. But as you showed we in Assam use whole Banana flower. Instead of using only the Flower, one can try the whole Flower (along with the cover) just cutting into small pieces and cook as you cook one delicious chicken curry/dry using the same kind of masalas
Rashmita Saikia ...Hi..mein b Assam ka hu...haa yeh assam mein bohut kate hai
Rashmita Saikia It will be so bitter know?
Rashmita Saikia in Kerala also. I feel this weird and extra work

thank you so for uploading tnis video.
Yes, It's only me but I believe everyone agrees with you. It's a tedious job that's why I make it once in a while but you can also buy the canned Banana Blossom.
Thank you for sharing. god bless you.
+Melanio Postane God bless you too.
Thank you
Thanks Mili :)
You can eat the red petals... chop, add to water and vinegar to remove the red color, and eat in a salad. You can pickle the hard flower petal and the "match stick" like you do watermelon rind.
After you chop them you can boil them for 15 mins in water and turmeric. THen after they are cooked partially they will not get discolored or spoil for 2 weeks. You can add oil to the boiled florets to preserve them longer.
Nice.
Could be usefull for preparing Musa basjoo inflorescence!
Thanks a lot
Instead of putting the chopped mocha into water, one can also put it in buttermilk or in lemon water to avoid discolouration.
Thanks. 45 min. woah.
That is how our forefather stayed healthy by eating nature fresh, nutritious foods like these....
very nice do see my version of mocha someday
Dad recipe but it's good if you add smashed .... potato 🥔 to it.....😎😎😎😋😋😋😋
How can we know that the banana flower is fresh or old one..any idea
Just like you can tell whether a banana is fresh or old by its skin, the same kind of logic may apply here.
Amarguisimo por sierto
So what do you do now?
Ohh... you can also use Mocha in a can.. look for banana blossom in water... :)
What was the song used? :)
I am cutting the Mocha .
Thank you for the directions! However, this honestly just seems too much trouble to cook!
Bhabchilam mochar ghonto banabo - Bhayanak khatuni
yo no entiendo e ingles no se
Cherry
No, you can't. It will get oxidized and turn into black.
saging lang ang may puso huhuhu
Wrong
Don't you know how to speak Bengali. Then learn to speak before teaching the cutting process. Bangali hole bangali bolte sekho. Bideshi to mone hoy na dekhe. Gram er lok ra ei video dekhe kichu bujhbe na. Common sense...😁😁😁 Hypocrite
Thank you.
