Fueron los blancos los que hicieron de Rhodesia o Simbabwe la nación numero uno de Africa.

Let it go! Please. Here's why. My grandparents + family (my dad included) were forced off their land after WW2 to a barren corner of then Southern Rhodesia with tears and turmoil to make way for white British settlers. The audio recordings that my dad made retelling this episode are harrowing. Relatives died, including toddlers, in order to be "civilised" - whatever that means. Comprehensive education from the Rhodesian government was available to less than 5% of the black population at time of independence in 1980. Imperialism was designed to keep black people as the underclass within this "civilised" ideology. I take issue with the gross incompetence of the current Zimbabwean government but I'm very much aware that I would not have had the opportunities to become a productive citizen of this country had I grown up in Rhodesia. I challenge you to look beyond your rose-tinted view of imperialism and see it from our perspective.

Completely the wrong music selection for this video. I had to stop watching at 7.07. The music for the first 5 mins has sad notes the kind that is used in a war movie like some this tragic has or is happening. The music needs to be more vibrant and uplifting, it should make me want to call my travel agent, instead of turn it off at 7.07.....
