I just came home from the movie. 2 hrs 45 minutes,not a moment of boredom. Tom Cruise never disappoints. And the man can run! But how the heck did he and Esai Morales do that train stunt! Incredible.

Well, they lied about not using CGI. They clearly added those lights in that they dodge as CGI. No way those were real.

In awe of this man. I couldn't believe that three hours had passed in DR1, and I would have stayed for another three hours to see the conclusion. That train sequence...no words. Just take my money because I'll be there to watch on the big screen, and likely more than once.

What to say about this man. He is simply Great. I hardly missed any of the movies of the MI series, recently watched Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part I, it was so thrilling and chilling. Apart from skills, it will take a lot of courage to do such stunts. Tom Cruise you are amazing

it wasn't ALL real at all, most of it was real, but there were many elements of CGI in the film.

@@stephanielardner9150 they claim there wasn’t, I watched the making of and stunts, but there 100% was cgi in the film. The car chase that nearly crashes into a bus, the bus is 100% cgi, very obvious. There are other instances too. The majority were real stunts, but there is cgi. For a start the motorbike ramp in the making video isn’t what you see in the film, because cgi replaced it with an extension to the mountain. 🤷🏻♂️
Both Tom Cruise and Keanu Reeves have earned my respect. They do a lot of stunts on their own and still maintain character during those ridiculous stunts. Bravo gentlemen. Bravo.
Not Keanu Reeves he is more into traditional close combat, gun fights etc he didn't do any stunts.

We are blessed to have screen gods like Tom Cruise, Keanu Reeves, Jackie Chan, who take stunt work to another level. MI just keeps raising the bar. It's dangerous work so we thank you for doing it.
I had goosebumps watching the cliff jump scene in the theatre. I had goosebumps while watching that scene in this video. I'll have goosebumps every time I watch it!🔥 Tom Cruise's dedication to stunts is mind-blowing!🙌

there was 100% CGI in that film, lots of it, yes the majority of the stunts are real, but they also used CGI too. Just look at the bus in the car chase, that is a CGI bus, the train carriage hanging, that had elements of CGI too, the stunt coordinator was lying when he said they done use CGI
