I do wanna say that "everything is alot" (if you do the full album) doesnt tell a full story like his others. Will has said on interviews eial is more of a collection of his best songs over the years, unlike the normal album or selfish, which keeps a general theme across all the songs. Love the vids btw!

We love Will wood here, now I don’t really thing I gotta explain the meaning I feel it’s pretty obvious with the alcoholism stuff with this one
But yeah like usual he does also do some other little things in his lyrics like his usual
The line “we’ve had enough power since the black out started” is a play on blacking out from alcohol and power outages, and “for an EKG for the broken hearted” is referencing Electrocardiograms which measure the activity of the heart
Right after I sent this you basically summed it up and figured it out :p
If you want something that’s kinda a recent parallel to this song in his most recent album there is a song called Half-Decade Hangover
