Man, what are you doing in life that gives you the ability to afford all of this super high end gear at such a young age? Whatever it is, clearly it’s working for you. I’m so jealous of those guitars. I just ordered a revival drive compact yesterday. I’m pretty excited to get it.
I’ve tried it extensively but couldn’t warm up really with it. It was always a tad too bright, but it felt like an amp. For Plexi tones I preferred other options. Nonetheless a great pedal.
I watched your video of the compact and thought it sounded good. Just interested what your preferences were for the plexi sounding pedals as thats what I'd be mainly using the compact for if i got one?
@@stratsmyboy7169 Wasn’t a good day when I tried it first. Love at 2nd sight though 😍 The RVC is THE Plexi pedal to go. No other pedal gave me that Plexi bassines and hollowness.
I must say, when pushing the gain it kinda sounds fuzzy in your video? (not necessarily bad) Mine is completely different when compared to this video. Any thoughts?
One question ! If i got the dual revival Drive and dive into your settings i get the same rezults? The left side of the dual Drive is the same with the compact version? Thanks
If you're not needing switching get the compact. It's pretty rad. I put a trebel booster in from of it (Naga Viper) and it's great through a clean fender. All the drive options I need with the volume knob.

I love the tones of the pedal and I´m not sure if I´ll go for the biggest version. All those vintage tones of not master volume amp cranked are really my thing. No they’re slightly different and more in depth, if you want the exact tones I got, go for the compact version! :)

Hi Harry How does it works with the Katana?
Not tried it but I’m sure it’d work great, I’d use it as an actual preamp and run it into the fxloop on the power amp setting on the revival drive!

It’s actually super easy man! Really flexible pedal too!
The only difficult part is to decide wich setting sounds the best!
