  • Korean style fried chicken is radically different reflecting an Asian frying technique. This wings recipe is delicious,sweet,sticky,little bit spicy.
    Ingredients
    7 pics of chicken wings
    Ginger chopped
    1cup corn flour
    Salt as per taste
    Peanuts and sesame seeds for garnishing
    For sauce
    4_5 dry red chillies
    2 tbs oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1tbs vinegar
    1tbs mustard sauce
    1tbs kashmiri lal powder
    1tbs sugar
    _Method :- Add chopped ginger and salt marinate the wings .Now coat wings with corn flour.Heat oil in a pan first fry the peanuts keep abd keep it aside.Fry the chicken twice so that the wings become crunchy.
    Now make a sauce heat oil add garlic and dry chillies let it fry for one minute .After that add soy sauce, vinegar,mustard sauce stir well.Now add kashmirilal and sugar cook it for few minutes .If your sauce become dry than you can add 2tbs of water .Now sauce is ready let the sauce coat the wings add peanuts mix it .Garnish it with sesame seeds.
