Churpi Ra Mula ko Achar/Simple and Easy Radish with Cottage Cheese
Simple and easy recipe mula ko achar /radish pickle .
ingredients
3 radish
6 chopped green chilli
dry peas soaked overnight and boiled in salt
water for 5 minutes
coriander chopped
chilli powder 1tbsp
salt as per taste
mustard oil I tbsp

The best Husang phaley I've ever had used to be made above bombusty by a tibetan Muslim family. I grew up having those for breakfast. My mom and many other relatives make them too but nothing compared to the ones made by that tibetan Muslim family. Those who have had their phaleys will definitely agree.
