I drove 5 hours to get a deal from one of these sale videos Neil did a few years ago, got a great deal on a skid loader auger and the salesperson was honest and they hooked it up and tested it for me to show it worked great and loaded it into back of my truck too
Neil, I enjoyed you going through and explaining each tractor. Telling a little about the history of similar models. Your vast tractor knowledge shines through in this video. Thanks
We used to do stuff like this at a dealership i worked for sorta like a commercial for the weekend probably one of the best ideas i have ever seen 👌 top shelf as always Mr Niel
I can't remember the car dealership, but they used to have commercials locally about once a month with good cars, all the way down to a piece of junk for $95....some of those $95 pieces of junk would be worth a heck of a lot of money in today's bloated used car market LOL.
Wish there were used sub-compact tractor options when I bought my Kubota BX2680 in 2021....dealers didn't even have any on the lot to look at LOL. Took me a month to get my tractor, but about 2-1/2 years later I honestly don't regret buying a new tractor....it started with 0 hours, so I know what has been done with it since new, and have the whole warranty period on it, not that it has any issues, but buying new and having the warranty sometimes is a major buying point.
As time goes on there will be more and more low houred compacts appearing on the market as their owners come to the realization they didn't actually need them but bought as a impulse during the pandemic. Keeping up with the Jones's at it's finest.
I think there will be a lot of repos as all those freeloaders that sat at home claiming government handout benefits have ran out, and the adults in the household have to go back to work for a living, and can't afford those fancy toys they bought...I've been wanting a tractor for many years, and in 2021 I finally got mine....overgrown lawn tractor that everyone claims they are....but it does everything I need it to do, and it'll last me the rest of my life. Wasn't a bad decision, wasn't an impulse buy, just bad timing....had to wait a month to get it but its sure been a major time saver for me and I'm slowly building up my attachment inventory LOL.
I could not sleep at night, paying for a new KUBOTA and leaving it outside in the weather to fade away.If you can afford a newer tractor, buy a soft shelter at least.
A lot of people buy new fancy tractors and attachments and leave them sitting out in the weather all winter where I live...they can afford that cool fancy $200k+ tractor but not the $20k shed to store it in LOL. Every spring all the farmers are out trying to get their stuff working again because it sat untouched outside under the snow/ice for 4-5 months LOL. Gee, even my little tractor at least gets stored in the barn/shop when I'm not using it, and all my implements/attachments are under the lean-to on the shop.
I had to go back and relisten, at first I thought that old tractor was $17775 and then the Mahindra with a loader after was under $10,000 . $1775.00 sounds alot better haha
Hi Anthony There was some connection with David Brown possibly there Japan importer some were sold in the USA badged as David brown remember reading about one that an old boy imported into England to complete his collection years ago
The first tractor looks like it was abused..no way would I buy that one. That unit has 450hrs and looks more like 4500 hrs. My kubota 2320 has 1000 hrs but looks good and functions well. Take care of your ewuipment and it will be well worth it down the line.
That is what salt does to equipment, and vehicles...and people are stupid enough to think its so great to use that crap on the roads in the winter....wish they'd stick with regular old sand that worked well in my area for decades...now they're using that liquid deicer crap too.

So you found it was worth the drive. Thats good to know.
@@DougAlesUSA yes it was a great deal like half price of a new one and they agreed to 'hold' it for me, too.
These inventory videos are interesting. I live in Wyoming and will likely never have the opportunity to visit in person. Thanks

@@wildbill23cI get where you're coming from, bad timing is the worst when it hits your wallet or health.
Drinking game. Every time Neil says “little bit” you take a shot of whiskey.
Hi Neil That Satoh wood be nice to have just for the David Brown styling Thanks again

Neil could you do a video of the used mowers that are behind those tractors
I thought Kubota Lxx40 was the last series before emission treatment?
Those are tier 3, they still run EGR, just no DPF.
That little weight tractor looks like it based off of a second gen David brown a British tractor form the 60s but they where all diesel 😂😅

Probably be a better machine than that green one he has LOL.
