Superb video! 😃
Clear and concise.
One of the best channels available.
I’m working on all these. As an RN, I used to work 3-5 12 hour night shifts and my ex was abusive and wouldn’t let me sleep. Divorce was a nightmare. Stress overwhelming.
Then multiple traumas. Family deaths, tornadoes, a hurricane, termites, and much more. Trauma seems to be the catalyst in this perfect storm that destroys health.
Multiple traumas increases the severity of elevated cortisol and inflammation.
I’ve been in a chronic sympathetic driven state for 10 years.
IF, keto, meditation, and most importantly, quality sleep.
Rumination is the poison that remains after the bite.
Find peace. It takes time.
I’m slowly healing thanks to the excellent information provided by you and a few other knowledgeable professionals who unselfishly share their knowledge.
Good souls! 😃👍
Thanks again for sharing your gifts!
Peace and blessings brother 🙏
Thank you Dr. Sung, you hit the nail on the head. Healthy Diet and exercise are what the fix is. I use to be a trained athlete in swimming, diving and pole vaulting. I also played just about every sport. Now at 62, I'm overweight (70 Lbs), lethargic, not sleeping well. A1C are at 6.2%, and BP is high, (taking Lorsatin). I know what I'm suppose to do, but the motivation is lacking. I appreciate your no nonsense approach. I'm going to try now as I worked 40 years and I want to enjoy my life or else I'll be taking a long dirt nap! Made the first step, hired a nutritionist.
Maybe find a walking partner would benefit. That's what I intend to do. Stretching and calestenic exercises.
@@cherokeemom6947 Part of the plan. Want to mountain bike again too......Nothing make me feel better then being in the woods communing with nature and God...

Thank you I love your information.
Thank you Dr. Jin for making this video, I am currently having anemia, which is why I have been feeling tired and low in energy. I am taking iron supplements but most important, I made some adjustments in my diet like increasing the consumption of green leaf vegetables and consuming liver twice a week (which is REALLY hard as I dislike it with passion). I learnt heme iron is best absorbed by our bodies than the non heme iron, nevertheless... i had to make changes and make sure that i include with iron rich foods, foods rich in vitamins A and C which help the body absorb iron... avoiding calcium rich food around the iron rich meals!!
In the beginning it seemed so complicated... but I am now getting used to it and I am enjoying taking care of my health where i can and know. I thank you for your content, because that helps more than we say!!
God bless you!
Appreciate your educational videos Dr! The bullet point outlines make it easy to follow and remember!
Is this a checklist? Because I checked all the boxes.
Good job!😊
I am suffering from chronic dehydration not because I don’t drink water just my body doesn’t seem to absorb it. I developed this problem after having Covid and developing long COVID symptoms and I feel very different if I have a ringer iv infusion. Before this situation my health was very good I had anxiety and insomnia but everything was manageable but because I’ve been alone with all this symptoms and learning by myself what I had and how to corrected. It hasn’t been easy because my health it has been going down because I haven’t found anyone who can help to get better it has been the opposite right now
What to do with is who work overnight, not nurses or young doctors, but store stockers, stores overnight janitors. What should we do?
He recommends adaptogenic herbs
@@eleanorday1854 thank you. I've looked it up, and it worth a try. I have started tumeric supplements, can I mix it with other adaptogenic herbs?
Quarter teaspoon of yohimbine with food
As a trucker who drives at night it works for me
@Taiwo Omotosho I’ll try it out thanks
