    This is so true. I am on the carnivore diet for almost two weeks and although I don't eat sugar, refined carbs and vegetable oil for several years now, still something was not right . Oh, I also fast for 16 to 24 hours for about a year now and it works for me... and still something was wrong. Well let me tell you since I eat carnivore I sleep like a baby for at least 7 hours, zero bloating, zero tiredness during the day, zero PMS issues. I will reintroduce some foods in about a month and see how that works, but this is so accurate. Thank you.

    The most comprehensive information I have found about inflammation & remedies for it. None of this has ever been covered by any doctor I have ever seen. Thank you, I'm no longer wandering in the dark.

    I just found your videos and I want to thank you for creating them! I’m on a mission to take my health into my own hands. When I see my rheumatologist and ask about what life style changes I could make to improve my health and not depend so much on immune suppressants all I get is there is nothing I can do. The medicine is all I need. You notice inflammation, oh let’s increase the dose. - Thank you. Your videos are incredibly informative, free and even the top things I can do are free, yes they will require work but nothing great comes easy. I will continue to follow! ❤

    There is no supplement that can compensate for lack of sleep, laughter, exercise or me-time.

    • @pat4005
      @pat4005 Год назад

      But if people do not get the nutrients they need, their body will not function properly, and they will not be able to get restorative sleep, health and energy in order to exercise, or have their emotional-self in a good place enough to able to laugh along with happenings in their everyday life!
      The Doc's video is not about using a supplement to compensate for lack of those things you listed.
      His video is about what nutrients our body needs in order to function properly.
      Not about substituting "supplements" for those things you mentioned.
      He even brings up sleep, the necessary amount of restorative sleep most people need, and the best way to get it.
      Did you even watch and understand the video?

    • @chrcpaul
      @chrcpaul Год назад +1

      @pat4005 You can take all the supplements you want. But if you are not disciplined enough to exercise, not disciplined enough to prioritize your sleep, not aware enough that you need time for yourself, you'll never be ok. I know where you are coming from. If you keep looking for what's wrong in life, you'll find them.

    I have tried to bring foods back in after i started carnivore but even then i still have a reaction, so I can only eat a few things (carrots, mushrooms, onions, celery, avocadoes, and garlic) outside of carnivore but i cannot eat them all the time or i get sick again. Yes you can live on a carnivore diet many people do it and they are super healthy and are doing great.
