Two of my favourite things in the world in one snack!! Ho boy 😁 (and some of my favourite humans too ❤ i love all the fun guys of the world who share the mushy love ❤) thank you thank you!! Btw I have some jaggery in the kitchen cos my mum puts it in her coffee ☕
I'd have really liked to see more clear advice on mushroom to choc ratio. I had absolutely no idea by end of the video on how much choc to mushroom it was. Really confusing
@@Fungiacademy yes. All the way to the end. It made no sense. At the end he said 200g of chocolate cut in to 8 for 25g. That doesn't tell you how much mushroom in each. There was a blaise comment about 5g of mushroom as well. Are they saying it's 5g in 200g of choc? Seriously, this is probably the more important thing to be clear about. It's really disappointing that you feel this relevant information only deserves 15 seconds at the end of the video and communicated in the most confusing way
Jeez cantora ! It is fairly simple the mushroom powder you put in will spread TOTALLY evenly throughout the chocolate paste. So 200g of chocolate contains however much you put in. 8 portions? The 1/8 of the mushroom you put in!
I've started getting into sacred mycology, and I would love to learn more. How is your online course? Does your certificate give you credits towards degrees? I've have my master of cannabis certificate that does. I'm just curious if this one does as well. Never grew mushrooms, but I would love to learn.

Bloimey! That's a lot more complicated than I realised. Love the video though!
Any kind of mushroom will work? So I can just go pick random mushrooms and make chocolates. Maybe I'll try to find some I know are toxic, lol.😮😂
You could! Might turn out horribly though
It's very important not to use fruits in the chocolate.
Why?

@@FringeWizard2 no it doesn't, I doubt you've ever infused cacao with extract from mushrooms.

That's why you should get the best chocolate of paddy himself!
It's important to always buy chocolate produced by slaves to show support for them.
