was exploring around that area last week after a delicious dinner at chive blossom. the parking lot was jam packed full...not a slither of space available. all this to say the secret must be out!!!!
Gee, thanks dude for giving away our little secret!😂 My wife and I live a few hours away from Pawley's and visit Georgetown when we need to get away. Used to go to Charleston for years but it's gotten so cliche and commercial that we gave it up and found G-town.......Charleston fifty years ago! When we need sand between our toes we sneak off to "South Beach" at Pawleys. Warm weekends are quite busy anymore so we try to choose the cooler months or the weekdays. Much easier to find a parking space. Thanks for the tour.
When I was little ( early to mid 1980's) my family and I would all go down to Myrtle Beach from Kentucky. After a couple of days in Myrtle Beach, my cousins would go off with their dad to Pawley's Island, and I've always wondered what it was and what they did there. Any takers on what they might been doing there in those days?
Debordieu is great, private beach. Pawleys on the other hand is public and packed. Not much parking for locals much less for tourists unless you rent a beach house.

Getting away from all of the commercialism
We recently had beach photos done and parked in that lot. Beautiful and serene. Absolutely beautiful sunsets on that inlet.
Thanks We are at pirate land now on vacation from eastern Pa. Absolutely love the area however Murrells Inlet is our favorite.🌞
Pretty good shelling at Pawleys Island.
Gracias por mostrarnos la zona sur de Myrtle Beach . Mi esposa e hijo viven alla en Myrtle . 😁
Thanks for the video. Love Pawleys Island and Murrels Inlet. My cousin lives in Debordieu just south of there. Beautiful country down there.

I love Pawley’s
Nice 🥰
I've got a cousin that lives there.
It identifies as an island.
It is an island and it’s packed
Where are all the shops?
That's the appeal. Non commercialized
Only shops are on the mainland on hwy. 17.
